I live in the town of Beaver WA and I wrote 2 post dated checks in the amounts of $14.78 and $35.51 made out to Lake Pleasant Grocery and I was told that they would be held tell the date on and the checks was not held they was posted to my account on the day before they was supposed to be sent to my account by Chris the new owner of the store I live on Social Security disability and by Chris putting my checks through before the date she over drew my checking account.

I bought a cookie sandwich here on the way to the coast and it was fantastic. I cant speak to the other 99.999% of the items sold here, but I can tell you that the cookie sandwich from the deli was worth the stop. Additionally, I unintentionally frightened a baby here, causing it to cry. Im sorry for that.

I tried to buy some gas, but the pump didnt work. Turns out the store had no gas to sell. This came as a surprise to the clerk. The products on the shelves looked like they had been there a while, as they had accumulated a fair amount of dust.

Mediocre selection of goods, but not manny places to shop in this part of Washington. Convenient only for the fact of scarcity of grocery stores. Prices kind of high and not the best selection.
