This furniture store is not as "fancy" as some, but it has good quality furniture at very good prices. The staff is helpful in making selections, not pushy or bothersome as in many other furniture stores. You can see many items on the showroom, and they are willing to special order many things as well. Delivery people prompt, neat, courteous. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience easy on your wallet. I have been a repeat customer since moving to Winchester and will continue to shop there as the need arises.

Our family recently moved to the area and are now just beginning to shop for new furniture as we are building our dream home.The prices we have found to be very competitive even on custom order sofas.We also enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. We were made to feel valued and appreciated even though we were "just looking".I have a feeling we will be back soon.

Really had a great experience at Roberts. Bobby was my sales guy and he was great. He let me have my space while I browsed the showroom. When I was ready, he was there with all of the information I needed. Met the manager too, (though I dont remember his name...I think it was Brian). They made me feel welcomed and took great care of me.

Stopped here after visiting a few other furniture places in the area. The prices are fair. Donald was helpful in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. I didnt feel any pressure in making a decision and felt like my entire family was treated well.

Do not waste your time with Roberts Furniture. I have rarely witnessed such rude and openly hostile behavior from a sales staff. They do not understand that service is the most important aspect of sales. I can see exactly why they are going out of business.

They are very dishonest. The quality is poor.all my furnitures was defects. Noting new look like return used furniture and the bed was wrong size. .
