1) Wont be ordering at this walmarts deli anymore. I seen alot kindness to associate in my Walmart but this walmart always a bad issues when someone is trying to be nice to them. I order a spongebob krusty krab birthday cake for my boy, the lady up front was kind enough to fill out the form. I even asked if they had it in their inventory, she replied they did. Chocolate half sheet cake. Her skills was a 5 2) Sadly the next day, the deli that was making the cake called me at my job to inform they didnt have it in their inventory but made a different spongebob cake. Everything i wanted and flavor. I agreed and took the option it cant hurt, right? Rating 2.8: cause I hate being lied about inventory status. 3) on the day I picked it up, the cake wasnt a half size. I looked at the paper they made it into a full size! Excuse me I ordered a half size not full! Even one of the character figurines was already smashed inside the cake and there appeared to be someone slide their finger on the icing on the edge on the top of it...I was still feeling disappointed, this cake was for my boys 4th bday smh. Rating: 1 For now on Im looking for another bakery.

Wtf does anybody expect going into a Walmart? You take the good with the bad. I shop at this Walmart every day (thats not a joke; I live about a mile away) and I dont know that Ive ever had an issue that was so egregious that it outweighed the immense benefit of having a store which provides not only a HUGE variety of goods, effectively eliminating many potential stops while running errands, but provide them at the very low prices they do. You can find better prices on some things elsewhere (e.g. online) but again, convenience! Oh and the self-checkout put Walmart on another level; it is so ridiculously awesome (yes, I know, there are self checkout registers down frequently). Ive waited in line maybe five or six times in the past year primarily due to this addition. Again, five out of over 300. Love it. As for the staff, I dont know if its just because I am generally kind and polite that I receive the exact same in return from a huge majority of the employees I see or what but I dont have any qualms there either. Its Walmart. There are legitimate reasons to dislike Walmart as a corporation but this store itself is great.

Walmart made it very difficult for SAMSUNG PAY to go through their system, almost impossible at least for me and just because I dont carry credit cards anymore they lost a customer that spends about $4,500 2 $5,500 a year at this particular location. My wife was never happy about shopping there. She had witnessed managers treating employees very poorly. Me on the other hand, I kept shopping there because of the convenient location. After todays visit, I made my New Year resolution not to shop there anymore. I found Harris Theater and Food Lion in my area(more convenient location) all of them accepting Mobile payment. So Walmart if you listening: #1. Start treating your employees like humans. #2. Allow customers to use whatever mobile payments they like it is 2016. From what Ive heard from neighbors and friends, looks like youll be losing a lot more customers then just our family. Ill be happy to give it another try in the future, till then, Good luck.

Saturday is different Waiting for someone that went to go help with obtaining a fishing license No one to answer phones And left me on hold for 20 minutes so I finally just hung up Plus waited at least 45 minutes for an associate to assist in sporting goods When someone did he tried to sell me a non residents license for $47 I been a resident for 2 years Unbelievable Thanks for your help Kmart just down the street With a resident license $24 and the ability to play my powerball lottery at the same spot If you dont believe check your security cameras 7:30pm 7/16/16 sporting goods There were others waiting as well that left before I did I do apologize to the associate that tried to sell me the license if he was mentally disabled

I have a love hate relationship with Wal-Mart. I like their prices and they usually have a nice selection, but the place feels and sounds like a warehouse next to a NASCAR event. I can hear people in the back of the store while they are in checkout. Electronics usually manned by people that have no clue of their items there and seem more there to help you get a box down or check you out rather than sell you on an item or help you select one. Pharmacy usually moves along pretty well and are good at talking to your insurance or de-conflicting insurance. I dont know why the McDonalds is here, I see very few people eating there much less make any money.

This Walmart sucks. Everybody that works there is stupid. They are rood, nasty, And unhelpful for everything. Never visit the auto section. I came in with a hour to spare and the dumbass at the auto counter said that wasnt enough time to change one tire. I was ready to smack him. I bought 2 movies also the didnt work and they wouldnt refund my money. I hate this place and if I was to hold any political power I would put them out of business. That stupid mother sucker in the auto parts section needs to be castrated so that he cannot contaminate the rest of the world withe his stupid offspring. Hate it hate it hate it

I love this place because I arrive at the store at 8:24 am n I reached in my back pocket to get my phone n dropped my credit/debit card n someone took it to the customer service desk n I didnt realized it was missing until around 9:45 am n I went to the customer service desk n they ask me what was the name on the card n they had it there waiting for me. I was so greatful. Thank you Walmart Supercenter. Also everyone there were friendly, the store was clean, it was like a one stop shop for us women. You must go there to see what Im talking about..

I have to give reconition to Christopher in Electronics one of the best employees Ive come across in awhile. Christopher had several people in line and I asked him is he the only one in the electronic dept. And he said at this time I am, and he continued to help each and everyone of us and gave every customer the time and attention they required. I appreciated him doing that and you couldnt get upset with him because he gave each customer what they needed and he didnt call for assistance. Kudos to you Christopher and keep up the good work!

I parked at the garden center part. Went in to pay for garden stuff and no cashier. My husband asked a working person that worked there and he said there was no cashier there to check us out. I had to walk to the hunting register to check out. This is no good customer service. There was a manager walking by me when i was leaving . He said they was no standing at the register that they have to do something. I understand that but they should be available to check guest out .

Horrible experience! Line at "customer service" ridiculous, one person working it while managers steadily walk by without assistance. Cashier supervisor got an attitude with a customer for asking for assistance with one of their machines. Not the first time I have seen this same supervisor (Phyllis) get an attitude with a customer. No such thing as customer service at this location, except for a select few. Guess I shouldnt expect much though.
