Customer Service is awful! My daughter walked into this Giant was stared at and bumped into (by a short senior Caucasian lady in a black jacket at the Solution Center with short hair) without so much as a greeting nor apology. I walked this store three times and only two people (Irene in produce and Chris in seafood) offered to assist me. Marsha (at the front end) smiled through the glass as I walked into the door. These three folks should speak to the rest of the staff on P&P! I stood in HBC/HBA looking for items while the two associates carried on with their personal conversation. As I passed the deli, a tall Caucasian associate with a bandage on his nose BECAME "BUGEYED" AND SHOOK HIS HEAD AT ME. Causing me to walk over to the deli counter where once again NO ONE GREETED NOR OFFERED TO HELP ME. Some would say, "See the Store Manager..." I walked by the manager (Thuan) who was also too engulfed in his conversation (with an associate in frozen foods) of where he went over the weekend. I walked by him in the candy aisle, twice...nothing. Oh wait he did pause in conversation when I walked by to give me a look over his shoulder. Still no greeting and no offer to assist. NO, I wasnt conversing with someone nor talking on my phone. So Im confused on what else would be a reason for such poor customer service... No race card being pulled because not even those of color or those married to those of color spoke... It clearly wasnt my black skin and I pray it wasnt my black attire! Would hate to pull a religion card! I expected such behavior from some but never at Giant Food! Not even the employees in Pasadena or Festival Plaza give off such disgusting behavior. Do better GIANT FOOD GAMBRILLS/CROFTON

Previously I shopped at Giant daily, but after the change regarding the items for sale, I stopped. You were required to spend a minimum of twenty five dollars in order to get the sale price, this is such a disappointment. I only shop at Giant when I dont have other options. I am sure other loyal customers feel the same.

Had an issue with my rewards card, went to solutions center, got treated like a child and called Customer Service to be told there is nothing wrong with my card. I am not going back after that. Then last weekend there system were down and it took 30 mins to go through cash registers.

That Kid

The food and produce are of good quality and are very nutritious. Be aware of the prices and store deals. For example, a 2litre bottle of Pepsi may be marked down $.50, but the catch is if you buy 4 bottles you can get the discount.

Usually has some amazing sales. Overall great prices too. Occasional unpleasant find in the produce department, but thats to be expected. Sometimes hard to find an employee, but for the most part they have very solid service.

One of the poorer examples of a Giant Ive seen. Produce section was rather poor and a lot of turning items were left out. Hardly any selection in the frozen aisle and overall just disappointing.

Large nice giant. Just not my usual giant where I know where most things are. Had one item in an isle I would have never guessed to look. Clerk that helped me had a hard time finding it also.
