Ordered and paid for Cymbidium Orchid Corsage on May 22, 2017 for June 9, 2017 delivery. Wanted to ensure delivery because it was a very special occasion. Was notified on June 8, 2017 at 10:30pm that there was an out of stock issue. "Unfortunately, according to the florist, the product you selected Cymbidium Orchid Corsage, is unavailable for delivery at this time". I do not want frustration to guide this review, but simply put 1800Flowers / Colonial florist system failed. There was a reason I placed and paid for my order so far in advance. During CHAT session (which I was promised a copy of but never received), I was told that the local florist was unable to do ANYTHING for us. Not even a replacement due to capacity of order issues. I understand that issue occur, but a $20 voucher for ordering through 1800Flowers doesnt compensate for the mad dash to find "something" on the day of the PROM. ** I could not contact the Florist early Friday due to business travel so that wasnt an option at this point and I only contacted 1800Flowers after the missed delivery time because I hadnt checked my personal email. The status under TRACK MY ORDER made no mention of issues.

I ordered Rose Elegance™ Premium Purple Roses, Standard. This was for a nice woman I met. She truly deserves something nice. There were two versions, Standard and Deluxe. The standard looked very nice in the picture on the web site. About a dozen roses. The deluxe showed about 1 1/2 dozen. The standard looked nice enough so thats what I ordered. Was very disappointed with what was delivered. Although very nicely arranged, there were only 6 roses. You cant impress a woman with a half dozen roses. I was let down thinking a dozen would be delivered. Now I have to make a trip to the grocery store, where you know what you are buying, to redeem myself.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, and were promised to be delivered yesterday by this company, but they were not delivered yesterday and still not delivered today ( 11:41am). I kept my promise to pay them and did on my American Express....this company has stolen my money by not delivering the flowers I ordered and paid for!

I order flowers. Went into the store and showed him what I wanted and my colors for my wedding. The flowers came in wrong and they did not inform me just put it together. The day of the wedding he just stuffed random stuff together. Colors were wrong style was wrong. Do not recommend for personalized items

By far the worst experience Ive had dealing with a local florist. Product delivered was incorrect. Not on time and they had a bad attitude when I tryed to fix the issue. Will never shop here again and I advise anyone in the williamsburg area to stay away. The Manger is a joke

hi Steve, thank you to your new order of 18 pink roses for next Monday. hope this time you will not see it as 9 stems.....LOL. oh, by the way, you forgot to edit your last comments about the rose stem issue. it was 12 roses not 6.

A very beautifully decorated store! The product is top notch and the staff is so efficient and helpful. Im very glad to have been able to see the store and will visit again.
