I went here last night w my son. We were looking for a XBox 1 accessory that he wanted to buy w his Christmas $$. We scored on that deal. They actually had what he was looking for $20 less than Wal-Mart. The little problem we had was catching the electronics guy walking quickly out of his dept. Not sure why because he saw us there and he made a $100 sale. Next, I was searching for some cookware and found a great brand at a great price. I was suprised because I had been looking and they had the best value for my $$. They actually beat Wal-Mart again. I paid w my Christmas $$ and was happy when I left. A very nice cashier too. Well, when I got to my car, I remembered I had a coupon from the week before (you know how they give you these w your receipts), for 15% off housewares/cookware. It was to expire 1/3/15 which was last night. I went back in because the savings were worth it, stood at customer service for 20min. Even the mgr. came up but didnt try to help the 1 lady working there. I felt bad for her until she was actually being rude saying I had to use at time of purchase. I told her I had just remembered I had it and said, I can bring back in and she can do a refund/rering. She says, "go ahead but you will lose your points". I told her fine. Brought item right back in, waited another 20min. She saw me and decided to make me wait again....she got nicer at the end and after all that, I saved $15 off my $100 purchase. Bottom line is: if your job is in customer service, please do your job!!! (with a friendly attitude). I work in customer service at a warehouse club in the area and I pride myself in having a smile through the busy times and making my members leave w one too. The way I see it, if they (customers/members) dont shop at our stores, we all will lose our jobs. In conclusion, sorry this is long, I will shop here again because the items/prices are good but make sure you have the tume to make ut through the check out process. I over heard them saying they will have 1 cashier after the holidays.....

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they had the grill I was llooking for in stock. Otherwise this is a sad excuse for a store. It is poorly staffed, poorly managed, and you can never find an employee to help. The cashiers are slow, and nobody employees their understands the concept of moving with a sense urgency. Standing in line takes way longer than necessary. Im surprised this store even stays afloat and that sears/kmart hasnt closed it already. I only went there because I didnt want to deal with Wal-Mart. Bad idea

Worse store ever. Not one polite cashier and customer service, well thats a whole other story. They are the most ignorant group of people Ive ever met. Ill tell you I also feel discriminated against. They talk to white people like we are trash. You should be ashamed of your store and employees. I hope they go out of business like all the other ones did and we get a store worth spending our money in.

Great clearance prices. There is a reason Sears and Kmart are slowly going out of business. Their customer service is awful. You have to go to customer service to do anything. While there you will find three employees but only one can help you. Floor works are none existent and I have even asked for help and got told that I could bring the items to customer service

Not a fan of this kmart. Employees are usually rude and very slow. Their manager is also very curt. You will get reprimanded for returning an item even with the receipt in hand. No wonder so many of these stores are closing. CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE! PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF THE ATTITUDES. Amazon anyone?

I live right next to this Kmart and I would much rather drive 20 minutes to another store! Id it dirty and unorganized I can never find any kind of help! Stand in like for 20 minutes to buy a couple of things because they dont have enough employees or they are just too slow and not friendly

This kmart is pretty awful. There are never enough cashiers, and prices are often very different than shown. I have to constantly use the price scanner.
