AT&T had dropped two of my five lines off of their grandfathered unlimited data plans. I found out, only when receiving a email informing me that I would be charged an additional $10.00 for an extra gig of data. I have been trying for a year, countless hours of wasted time with service reps. My corporate rep Michelle, ( Bridge Street ) no one will tell me her last name, had scheduled a conference call with me at 9am, two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from her. Several calls and texts to my account rep, David Andrews and a manager by the name of Chris, all at the Bridge Street location, have had no response. How can you get any assistance from anyone there? I have asked them for her last name, so I could include it in my letter to their boss, Steven Vergine. I find it reprehensible, that a customer, much less one that has been with them since Cell One and Cingular One, would have to go through this lack of service and professionalism from any company, much less a Fortune 12 company. Truth be known, I really could care less about unlimited data, however, what I do care about is AT&T changing my plan without express permission from me. Not to mention, their, Bridge Street location, has a total lack of customer care, When you cant even receive a return call when your rep promises you and weeks later, you still have not received one. Another conference call scheduled for this morning and still no call! AT&T what happened to you???

I was away visiting in Syracuse when I realized I forgot my charger for my iPhone. I tried to reach this store via phone and called 3 times in 10 minutes, each time no one picked up. Finally I looked up my map and realized they were 5 minutes down the road so I stopped in. The place had 2 customers inside and 3 people on the floor, none of which I suppose could have bothered to pick up the phone. I found a sales rep and asked where the chargers were; he showed me to them and I told him the $30 one was a little pricey for a one time thing. His literal response was "then you shouldnt have come in here." By and large, of all the AT&T stores Ive ever been in, this was the WORST. Terrible service and not to mention their charger section was pathetically small. Dont waste your time at this location.

This is a corporate store, but has just a dated and old feel to the building both inside and out. The service here varies to both extremes so its really a gamble on what youll get. Ive walked in at times when there were lots of available staff and as soon as I set foot inside 3 salespeople were approaching me. Other times Ive had the opposite issue. Walked in, roamed around for 15 minutes just looking at phones and actually needing to talk to someone and the wait was super long. They have phones and all the mobile products youd expect. They could really use a nicer appearance and refresh to the look and feel of the store.

Horrible customer service worst in syracuse.they do not know how to do their jobs, every time I am forced to deal with they ha e to call soneone else and have then walk through. Recently they put a phone on hold for me to exchange and surprise couldnt figure out how to do it so they put it on hold and say they will call me the following day. 2 days later I go to see if they got a hold of their manager and not only did they not they gave away my phone. If i could give them negative stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

I always have good experiences at this location. Most of the time I get a floor associate who knows quite a bit about the Android platform, so we have an enjoyable conversation while I complete my transaction. They are able to fix problems that authorized retails sometimes create. Ive never left without my problem fixed. Im always pleased to see they have the latest devices on display as well, regardless of how niche it is.

WORST service ever!! I lost my cell phone and tried to contact AT&T online for help. The person could nt even begin to comprehend what I wanted and at least 45 minutes of my time totally wasted AND because of his incompetence, I now have to wait 34 hours to try to log into my account! I finally decided to DRIVE over to an AT&T office and was able to get help that way.

These folks are good to my mom. Theyre good to me too, but they are good to my mom who shows up regularly with questions about her phone that they dont have to answer but do, patiently, politely, and without making her feel bad. Thats the way it should be. Thats why we keep going there and why I had Mom get buy her iPhone 7 from them.

Never go back here again. I get a discount from my employer and the employee here said that my discount is only on add a line charges which is $20 and not my data plan. This is incorrect!! Went to a different ATT store and got the hook up.

Great experience with Paul, very helpful and friendly! Didnt get annoyed with our 3 crazy, bored kids. Even sent us a text the following day to remind us to order a promotion item. Definitely glad we drove a bit further to this location.
