This is by far, the WORST pharmacy I have ever been in. Multiple times I have waited more than 90 minutes for prescriptions, after being told 2 times that it would be no more than 30 minutes. There is always a line full of smelly people with unruly children, and the worst thing of all is the customer service! There is only one person in the Pharmacy without a terrible attitude. Even one of the Pharmacists had a horrible attitude when I asked for a consultation. She did not tell me which medicine was for pain or the potential side effects of medicine I was asking about. I often have to call in for a refill more than 3 days in advance because they do not stock it. The pharmacy assistant named V******* was the rudest person of all, cutting me off in mid sentence while I spelled my name on one occasion, and cutting me off when I called to ask a question because I had an alarming side effect with my prescription. Theyre always in a hurry to get rid of customers, but will chat for minutes on end with their friends, while the line is a mile long. I never fill these things out or complain to managers, but Ive done both here. Trust me, its horrible!

Every time I get a prescription from this pharmacy I make sure to drop off or call in the order at least 5 hours ahead of time from when I plan on picking it up. Today I called in my prescription at 12pm, which took a total of 30 minutes because of being on hold for a simple order that they already had on file. The woman preceded to tell me the order would be ready for pick up at 4pm. I ended up getting there to pick up the order at 6pm & was told by a rude pharmacy tech who consistently interrupted me when giving my information, that it would be another 15 minutes. I then frustratedly went and killed about 25 mins of MY time giving them ample amount of time to finish the order. When I returned the same woman told me its going to be a few more minutes. I ended up getting my prescription at 6:45. This woman never said sorry for your wait, we appreciate your patience, thank you, NOTHING! Plan to wait & deal with horrible customer service. The employees who help the customers in getting their perscriptions need a serious education on time management & customer service skills! Avoid this place at all costs!

The associates that work in the pharmacy have been very good and helpful whenever I have had the chance to use it. They do a lot of searching to get me the best price on my prescriptions and filled them in time they have told me. Thank you tappahannock Walmart Pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy ever along with the other reviews I see nothing has change everybody in the pharmacy has an attitude and are slow as a turtle they act like they dont like their jobs maybe they should look elsewhere for employment

Worst pharmacy ever. As soon as the clerk answered the phone she had an attitude. I dont appreciate that and that problem needs to be fixed.
