Im a pretty casual bowler, always using house balls and shoes, but finally decided to get my own equipment. I did some research about bowling balls beforehand (construction, cores, grips, etc). Walked into this shop and let them know what I was interested in, but that I hadnt had my own equipment before. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made a fantastic effort, asked questions to determine what I was looking to get out of my equipment, took the time to explain the differences between grip types, ball construction and shoes, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Once measurements were taken, carefully and methodically, they had my choice of ball drilled up very quickly, and took the time to adjust the fit. They also took the time to demonstrate proper technique, and had me practice several releases right there in the shop to ensure that I got it. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, patient and swift. I get the sense that this is a passion for them, not just a job. Will absolutely be heading back to this shop for my bowling supplies/equipment in the future.

I drove about an hour to go to Off 7 Bowling Pro Shop to have my girlfriend and I bowling balls drilled. I was very impressed with this shop i walked in and was greeted and he was very engaged and listened to what i needed done. My girlfriend is new to bowling so this was her first ball. he explained to her some some exercises to work on to improve her game. My ball came out great and works just like i asked him to drill it. Gee knows his stuff and it was well worth the drive of an hour to come check this place out as i will be going back anytime i need a new ball drilled. It is nice to have a reputable ball drilled when becoming competitive in bowling.

I came here and bought a pair of shoes. The next day I tried them out and they were too tight. So I came back to the store the next day and asked to exchange them. The new owner refused because I already tried them out. I asked again before he practically threw me a different pair. A used pair! Ive been coming to this store for 8 years now and the old owner was very kind, but the new owner is plain rude and nasty. Dont expect to exchange anything here unless you want the same unpleasant experience as I had. I wont be back and I advise you to do the same.

Gees knowledge and care factor is second to none! He does EXACTLY what any player of any caliber should want. He takes the time to study your flexibility and ensure a proper fit and feel. Flat out...he IS the man!

A pleasant guy, seems to know what hes doing, reasonable prices. He put all new finger inserts in 3 balls for me, I was in and out in less than an hour.
