On there website it said that the new Air Max was suppose to be in the stores today Nov 11, 2016 went to the store to get them and I did not see them on the floor. I inquired about them to the one of the two associate there first she did not know nothing about it. Then when I showed them to her on the Hibbetts Sports website she then said they probably in one of the boxes in the back and wont be on the floor until next week. She was unapologetic and didnt even try to help me any futher. The other young lady that was there heard me on the phone informing some one about what the other girl said went to the back and got the log and checked to see if they had them. She saw that they did but was unable to tell me a price. I usually dont complain but at least that associate did try to help me to the best of her ability. I respect that more then what the Lead associate did. If a shoe is on your website as a new release arent they suppose to be on the floor that day?
