Just attempted to get gas there....pulled up and realized I was parked in a PUDDLE OF GAS!! (my mom and 3 kids were in the car) Didnt pump....pulled away. PARKING Lot is SO busy there is no decent way to even get around to the door to let someone know. Came home and looked up phone ## The phone has been ringing for 10 minutes with no answer. If SOMEONE GETS HURT HERE this is NEGLIGENCE!!! I TRIED TO WARN SOMEONE!! Update: Someone finally answered the phone and said they would look into it. But to state how bad the puddle was my SHOES REEK of gasoline as I stepped in it before I realized what it was. My car now smells of Gasoline from stepping in the puddle and then back into my car. This WAS a SERIOUS PUDDLE not just a drip where someone over filled a little. I would estimate the area of the puddle to be 6 ft x 10 ft and deep enough in areas that when I reached down and touched it (yes I checked to make sure it was not water from the windshield cleaner bucket) the tip of my finger submerged in the puddle.

Keep trying to give this place a chance, never getting food here again. Dont waste your money! Order is always wrong, this time takes the cake, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and half the ingredients, including Xtra fee items not on them. I dont know how anyone could be that incompetant, its literally like they just put whatever they felt like on it and didnt even read the order! Also, lots of creepy, disturbing folks just loitering around...

This is always the highest priced gas always...an they have been caught price gouging twice. Today..Aug 25... gas is $1.95. This Sheetz is stil at $2.19. Plase boycott them. Always go to Walmart across from Fallon Park...or Kroger. Android users...download GAS BUDDY... for all prices in Roanoke an you will see whos who.

Everything was clean and well stocked when we stopped for a quick visit. Cashier was friendly enough. Location and clientele seemed fine. Otherwise, its your typical Sheetz, with tons of gas pumps, made to order sandwiches, snacks, beer, and tons of coffee to choose from.

The worst customer service on day shift never get food orders right & when u go 2 management they say that they cant do anything or he told me that I had been in there @ a time I was in my bed....if u have 2 go go in the middle of the night they are much nicer

Stopped here for breakfast and got two biscuits. Did not have butter for biscuits, had to get margarine instead. The biscuits werent hearty at all and tasted like greasy fast food.

R u serious.. If u order the walking taco it comes with no meat unless u pay 1.00 extra.. Never again will i order food from here
