I wanted to get just one t-shirt printed and Custom Ink was able to help me do it. Sure, I couldve used the simple interface of the Design Lab on the website, but instead I brought my design down to the store and let the pros handle it. Julian was genuinely happy to assist me and I felt very welcomed. He consulted me on choosing the best file format, matching the colors, and selecting the right shirt. We decided to have it shipped to the store instead of my apartment and Im sure glad we did that. When it arrived, I strolled down to the store where we performed some QA on my shirt. The staff noticed that there was a slight difference in the print. Turns out there was an image missing! This was certainly a very weird and rare occurrence. There was a minor mishap somewhere down the line, wherever these shirts are processed and printed. The staff at the store got on it and fixed it right away. They reordered the shirt with no extra costs and within a week my order came in with no issues! Who knows what Ill do with that extra misprinted shirt, the possibilities are endless. All-in-all it was pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Im excited to do business with them again. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I loved working with Custom Ink. I went into a local store to create the design and place my order. My order was delivered a week before the estimated delivery date. However, one of my shirts had a mishap along the hem, but Custom Ink took care of the mistake immediately. I called them and told them my situation, and I got the new shirt by the end of the week with no charge. Custom Ink works quickly and efficiently, and they have excellent customer service as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Leah killed it!! I had been looking online for a while with a couple different companies to get a custom tumbler made for an event I had to plan. Being in the military it is important that our crest does not get altered in any way and it turns out properly. Thats why I went into the store. Within 15 minutes of working with Leah we had submitted the design to the art team and I was good to go. The tumblers arrived early and they look awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

They gave great suggestions from t-shirt blend to beat the heat and color options (navy vs. royal can be tricky). AND WE CAME IN UNDER BUDGET with their suggestions!
