They do price a lot of items over what they should be. used bikes are almost new price and these need work. I have found this thrift store and others around hampton roaods are running a retail shop not a thrift store. I use to donate items to the thrift stores but now I use craigslist and find someone in need that can not afford to spend the high prices at the thrift store. forgive me but a thrift store is to turn over items that were giving free to them to help out a cause, DAV, Goodwill, Salvation army. Who benifits from this thrift store (The owner)

I have been here a couple of times and each time I have been it has been a pleasant experience. Personally I enjoy going to thrift stores to look for things you wouldnt normally buy or something that is harder to find at stores now than something new and this store has not disappointed. My last trip I spent 15 dollars on childrens books that would have easily cost me $100 if bought brand new which was the point of me going to a thrift store.

The purpose of going to a 2nd hand store is to find a bargin. I go there all the time but I never purchase women handbags. I was told by staff that the employees go online and price the bags $50.00 to $80.00 really is it that serious furthermore, some of the really nice cloths are over price as well. I can remember seeing 2 women suits that were price at $100.00. I hope some at the store manager reads my post, because this is ridiculous...

The employees here are some of the rudest people Ive ever come across in any public situation to the point of me feeling sorry for their misery and thats every time I come in. The prices are also so high I spend the time laughing at the entire situation. Lets not forget thrift store city - youre a thrift store. Youre not eBay, a consignment shop, or a retail store.

Know what you want before you go and what you are willing to pay for it cause more than likely they got it. I have enough will power that I dont buy every time I go. the stuff is nice but if you wait a day or 2 the price will go down. Be selective. next weeks stuff maybe jeessst a little better. Everybody Ive met is very heplful and its A LOT of folk working there

After an extensive thrift store furniture venture, I found this place to have the best selection for the lowest prices. Im in the military and work a lot, so they were very accomodating to my schedule. Even when I showed up after the "furniture moving staff" had left, all the ladies there were more than willing to help me move my purchases to my vehicle. Love it!

Terrible. Will never return. 2 employees were standing and talking instead of ringing up my purchase. The one cashier at the counter was selective of who she chose to help. When pointing out I was there before others, I received a nasty "I dont care" from her. The staff is rude and multiple items were dirty/gross. Never again. Place is a joke

I find nice things at this thrift but I agree. They price some things really high. And its just kind of cluttered and disorganized. The staff isnt the friendliest. But I go in for specific items so I just deal with it. Definitely not my favorite.

Well organized. Lights were hung. TVs were plugged in. Furniture dusted and lined up. The pricing was reasonable and even purchased an oak coffee table needing some TLC for only $15. Would visit again.

I am not a fan. I could buy most of the stuff brand new and pay cheaper prices. A used bedroom set for over 1000 really? I feel that it is a waste of time and money to go there.

I love this store. Clothes are very inexpensive and I can buy a nice brand name outfit for under 10.00. He purses tend to be pricey if they are brand name though.

Theres a constant supply of items being stocked. Some items are overpriced and you would pay the same if purchasing retail. I find more deals than not.
