Twice I have been to this location and received poor service. On one occasion the only cashier was having a discussion with a friend while a line grew. On the second, there was no one at the register while about 6 employees chatted halfway across the store. After a few minutes of this, I loudly asked "Is there anyone that can check us out?!" and the group broke up. The woman that came to the register said, with attitude, "Were right here." No, maam, you were all the way over there, and clearly not watching the register. We could have walked out with our merchandise, or raided the cash drawers. If anyone had apologized, I would not have taken issue with the wait. If you are irritated that your customer wants to buy something, you are in the wrong line of business. Goodwill, please train your associates in POLITE customer service!

This store could use some love. The electronics and toy sections are a wreck with everything thrown about. I sat listening to a manager talking with an employee about why the store wasnt doing well and complaining about coat hangers. For more then 20 mins they sat around doing nothing but talking. I bought a few things and one of the items was not rung up at 50% like it was supposed to. I had to come back later for them to correct it. Im not a huge fan of color coded clothes and like most goodwill clothes more then half are worn out, faded and shrunk. They seem to just put out anything. You have to sort through lots of junk to find anything good.

Goodwill will always provide a unique experience on each visit, but this time it was exactly what I needed. I wanted to find an inexpensive microSD cable (note: do NOT buy a used cable like this unless you have some idea of what youre doing with cybersecurity) and I found exactly that. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the store was well-organized. An interesting note is that the store is organized with an eye for aesthetics - for example, the miscellaneous item shelves are sorted by color as opposed to by type.

This store has a pretty decent selection if you have the time to shuffle through. Employees are friendly, although cashiers could use some training on their own inventory and on what is what. Several times now, I have bought a lot of clothes, only to find out when I get home, I was charged double for all of the tank tops that I had purchased (3.99 instead of 1.99). Pay attention when you are being rang up!

Love how they have the clothes sorted in the store! Drop off for donations is easy, drop off staff are friendly and helpful! Cashiers and staff inside the store are very courteous! I never leave empty handed great deals every day! Love the throwback music they play on the radio! My only suggestion is if they could somehow get the carpet to be more clean?

Ive been here only once so far, but plan to go again today. When I went, it was to see what kid toys they had for my one year old. I scored. Two puzzles, a TMX Elmo in great condition, a push popper, a toy car, and some books. For about $9. I love that I wasnt bothered while I browsed around, and the cashier was nice. Overall, a good experience.

I love Goodwill shopping my problem with the store is the clothing is over packed and its hard to shop I have problems with my arms which makes it difficult to push the items back but I will always shop Goodwill and thrift stores
