Today Sunday first day of January 2017 I have entered into the store at 11:10am with out notice the store hours that opens up at 12 mid day to encounter a color man pointing at me and yelling at me GO BACK OUT, GO BACK OUT i was whit my wife, i understand that the store should be close by the time but was open due to a gentleman bringing some donation stuff, i think that the employee should be more professional and tell me in a good way " Im sorry sir we are close for now we are just receiving some donations but you can come back in about an hour and we gladly welcome you.. i work for the navy and is a shame that you people who have served our country have and uneducated people working for your facilities

I had not been to this store in some time and will not be back anytime soon. The prices on everything from electronics to shoes to stuffed animals and even jewelry were crazy. The selection and quality of the items were nonexistent. $6.98 for kids shoes with holes in them!! $2.98 for a plastic bracelet. $3-$5 for worn out ratty stuffed animals. It goes on and on like that. Employees did not give you the time of day and were just going through the motions. I shop at the Denbigh DAV and find it overall much nicer then this one.

Very big and has a lot of different types of items. Lots of mens clothing but seems to be picked over fast. Lots of low quality items to pick through just due to the location of the store being in a lower income area. There are some finds to be had here but it takes a lot of looking.

Decent selection, but the "we help veterans" idea is questionable, as they only give a military discount one day a month. Other non-military affiliated thrift shops give one once a week or everyday.
