My overall experience here was poor. I found nice people and plenty of ineffectual help at the store but after a botched home delivery twice and spent hours trying to get through to customer service or the department at Home Depot and was told each time (after a long wait and many cut offs) it was nothing they could do anything about that the installation was a different company and traveling to the store twice and trying to find parts and finally talking to a very nice manager named Ken--- I hired someone privately to improve on the installation of the new LG stackable washer and dryer with steam that I had purchased three weeks before. and the private installer pointed out that the delivery people hadnt even mentioned that there was no hookup on the dryer for steam nor had left a hook up! So at the store due to the nice manager they offered me a 100 dollar gift certificate for all my trouble. I felt so much better until Ive waited over a week and heh--- no gift certificate materialized.

I was a loyal customer for 30 plus years. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars there. I recently explain to one of the managers there that I was getting ready to renovate my house and had planned on spending approximately $10,000 on the renovation and ask if I could get a discount. They came back with a 5% discount. I will never shop there again. They have totally let me down.

Store tends to be a bit more clustered than most homedepot stores. Staff are...... Well they need much improvement. To be honest, I recommend you drive the extra mile or so to the Lowes down the road, its a far better store!

Customer Service could not find their way out of a paper bag even it was open on both ends and their butts are on fire.... Then again like at the staff that said everything. Poor managers equals poor attitude

Customer service can be lacking at times. Ive had online orders canceled on more than one occasion due to the item not being in-stock (although it says it is online). I avoid HD unless absolutely necessary.
