It was worst ever experience had any of such joints....it was 9 : 10 when we 10 adults went in the store, as soon as the sales girl saw us made a face that I cant even write... Now comes the.next We were deciding what to get and she hurried us to place the orders....with compulsion what ever was on the board we ordered before i could pay...she told us to go.out of the store and finish the ice cream as she has a morning college class. So we came out of the store at 09:35 and after 10 mnts she locked the store and came out with one other girl and a guy who was waiting inside the store and the all three penn station, sub store and they sat on the bench started clicking the selfies and were laughing and having fun. She has very very bad attitude as if she was donating and we were begging Is this the attitude and behaviour can anyone expect for the business. Now we wont never visit again and will inform within my office (cone) and my community I would to bring this notice to the FRANCHISOR, THE OWNER, and the manager. We regretted y we were there...?????

I usually go with the tart original flavors, but I tried the chocolate hazelnut here and it was AMAZING. Chocolatey or nutty frozen yogurt flavors for me are usually sub par because it usually doesnt live up to the rich and creamy, but the one at Cold Stone Creamery tastes like a nutshell gelatin I love! Unlimited toppings, too. They definitely try their best to put as much as they can for you.

This place was incredibly satisfying. One worker in particular by the name of Dylan was exceptionally great. He made sure we go exactly what we wanted and put the customer first in every way. He really earned his tip and I hope to see him again a this location in the future.
