I purchased Special T Cakes cannoli cake for out-of-town weekend guests recently. They gave it the best compliment when they didnt talk. They just moaned and closed their eyes with delight as they devoured it. Needed one for my bosss birthday yesterday and Special Ts is closed on Mondays! Had to get one from a bakery on the Ridge and it wasnt half as good as Special Ts! This is my new favorite bakery and Ive been spreading the word to everyone. What a gem!

You wont find a better baker! Tammy has been making cakes for our family for years and the quality of work and taste are 2nd to none. She has done birthday cakes for all of our kids and various gatherings. Give her an idea and let her go. She made a wonderful sour patch themed cake for my daughter, mine craft for the boys and waiting to see what she comes up with this year.. Try the cannoli cake, you wont be disappointed!

I wanted some special desserts for mothers day and called one day too late. Not only did I end up with the cakes I wanted but I bought more because they were beautiful in the display case. Wonderful customer service and delicious canolli cake. I am going to order a cake for my little ones first birthday and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Highly recommend this bakery for every occasion!

Definitely special, been going there for sometime and have not been disappointed with the cake, especially with the Canolli cake, so good. Recommend it. Other desserts are just as good. There is a Nutella cake that I need to try
