Nano Blaster

Ive now been there for the second time. I will not be coming back. The store is nothing but getto. They have no selection regarding juices and or boxes. In one case they are displaying glass crack stims. I recomend going to 7 citys vape or 757 vape. "Not to be mistaken with the 757 vape lounge". 757 vape is a very goid clean store with many different types of juices to select from and lots of box mods digital and mechs. Again stay way from any vape. Ault they are all very getto and sell drug devices they DO NOT specialize in vaping.

I was a resident of Virginia Beach and would drive out to their Hampton and Newport News locations because of the excellent customer service I was given! I knew that they would always be happy and friendly, and they always helped me out in a fast and effective way. I always felt so welcome, and it was comfortable and easy to ask questions when I didnt know anything!

I started vaping here, shopped, and met people here that were chill and cool, the vault isnt that bad and cant really complain about, i can say they were better before they extended the place inside but they have an up to date selection for the most part. If your a long term vaper, i wouldnt recommend going expecting a lot than you think.

So had a problem that pushed me away from the store due to one employee, BUT..... the guys up at HR did everything they could to remedy the problem and insure my happiness as a customer. I will be dealing with them again. Thanks again to kenny for setting me up with an awesome vape!

the customer service at this location has gone DOWN hill since new manager took over. its a shame as I now drive right by my neighborhood location to go to one of the dozen other vape shops! lady(used loosely) manager is just mean!!!

Shop is nice. People r cool, but they not consistent. Not open at times when they supposed to be open.......... Supposed to open at 10am, but no one is here. Very frustrating cuz it right around the corner

Store used to be great. While the staff is very helpful the selection of juice has gone down hill. Store looks empty and like they are going out of business. Find myself going elsewhere for juice anymore
