All of the staff are more than helpful; they know the tobacco equipment they are selling they are knowledgeable and can even translate hand and verbal descriptions into actual things like you need this _! Fabulous I love this place and go here for all my smoking needs and smokeless needs; & even to window shop you will always leave with a smile on your face; nice ppl; great products; prompt help & knowledgeable staff makes this my favorite smoke shack closest to me and I live a city away in Williamsburg but am always more than willing to drive here. I bought my very first vape from here when I wanted to quit smoking. The woman I spoke to was very patient and helped me try different juices. However she told me when you vape you are not supposed to inhale. I walked around for 2 weeks choking, trying to figure out why vaping was so hard. I ended up cracking my tank on my wismec motiv so I had to buy a new setup. I went into another shop and spoke to someone and he told me I was informed wrong and showed me how he Vaped and ever since I havent had an issue. I do still however come in and buy my juice from you guys because your the only place that has the juice I like! (jack frost)

I have nothing but great things to say about this store. The customer service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered fully and they were even willing to demonstrate their products for me. I purchase all of my vape and hookah products from this store. They also have incense and glass pipes. I recommend this store to everyone.
