Great shop with affordable prices and a variety of products. The Vault introduced me to vaping and I am happily cigarette free because of it. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about their products and always make me feel welcome. They answer any questions I may have and dont mind demonstrating their products. Not only do they carry vape products, but they also have hookahs, shisha, glass pipes, and incense. I recommend this store to everyone!

The gap from Virginia Beach to The Vault was never an issue when I received the customer service and knowledge that they gave. I loved that they are very friendly and nice, and they never had any problems answering my questions when I did not know something! I love this place, and I love the customer service that I get.
