I visited this shop mid afternoon on May 28, 2017 with my two daughters. I didnt like the customer service I received at all. After entering the humidor, one of the cashiers opened the door and was just staring at us without offering any assistance. It made both of my daughters feel very uncomfortable. Additionally one of the bearded cashier made some comment to his colleague concerning my daughters appearance. I was going to say something but decided to not make things more uncomfortable for my daughters or to cause a scene. I hope the owner reads this review and responds accordingly. I was in town for memorial day and had planned to purchase a box or two of cigars for some of my veterans friends but after this experience I decided to go to another cigar not far away ( by Annapolis Mall). Would not recommend even for a visit.

Damn accommodating! Had a swell time hanging out drinking and smoking and yakking with Rome and Mike. Also enjoyed chatting it up with the Middies who rolled through! The perfect sanctuary for you poor cats who have wives that spend all of your money at the "cute" shops up and down the street. Leave your women to the shopping whilst you get a cigar and chill out with a stiff drink and a ballgame. Beats the hell out of shopping!!

Today I got to the store at 10:50 so I knew I would have to wait for them to open at 11. It is now 11:15, they arent open. I tried to call, nobody answered the phone and the voice mailbox was full. Not a good experience.
