Employee very unprofessional bought 2 lottery tickets she placed them on the counter but I was too busy looking in her ugly cause her attitude was so messed up I accidental left my tickets because first of all they should have been put in my hands and not layed on the counter and never gotten an receipt.... she needs to be replaced quickly

Employees are unprofessional and incompetent. Have had multiple occasions where employees refused to use coupons on discounted items after I have confirmed with the owner that this is allowed. After explaining this, the manager suggested I come back another day and speak with the owner again.
