Just sorry it took me so long to find this place. If youve been disappointed with the local grocerys cuts this is your solution. Excellent selection from filet and NY strip to hanger, skirt and flank. They have chicken, lamb, pork and fish too. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got a dry aged bone in ribeye from them. It was fantastic. They even gave some great tips on cooking. Steak melted in your mouth. They have vegetables and other sides as well if you want a one stop meal. Great little store.

High-end quality butcher shop. Their marinated steak tips are their signature and worth every penny. They also serve incredible made-to-order sandwiches if you are just looking for a quick bite to eat. One of the best sandwiches you can get anywhere for very reasonable prices. My personal favorite is the Tip with a Kick (Sriracha honey marinated steak tips and bacon, on fresh french bread).

My wife picked up a steak sandwich and pork sandwich from here for lunch. They were huge, and tasted fantastic. Im going back for dinner. Havent tried their cuts off meat yet, but i think I found my new sandwich place. Highly recommend. Stay good with good prices and Ill keep coming back.
