Ive been going here 1-3 times a week for the past month and a half. The donuts are great and come in a rotating variety so theres always something new and interesting to try. Coffee is fine and I love the paninis. The folks here are very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing, good for studying if you like music in the background. If this matters to you, the restrooms are very nice and spacious. Only complaint I can have for this place is that they sometimes dont have paninis available but (1) theyre getting better at this and (2) its a donut shop, get a donut!

By far, the best "gourmet" doughnuts around. Unlike Duck Doughnuts (where you just get a goey hot mess,) Sugar Shacks donuts are perfect. No mess. The bread is light and fluffy (instead of thick and "doughy.") This leaves it up to the toppings to deliver the sweetness, making the perfect combination of bread and flavoring. Expensive, though. 6 gourmet donuts will cost you $15. This aint Dunkin (and Im okay with that,) but seriously ... A dozen for $30 is a bit much.

The only reason its getting a 4 is because the donuts are off the chain! But they had me waiting for 30 min because they forgot to make my grilled cheese and never apologized. Also theres no a/c, and I witnessed the youngin put his whole hand in his hair then serve donuts. But if your a donut lover, this place has the bomb donuts just not the best service. They refunded back my money but Im still here waiting!

We served Sugar Shack donuts as a fun dessert for our casual rehearsal dinner held in a nearby community house. Folks loved them of course! Sugar Shack donuts are delicious and come in a wide variety of flavors. My favorites are Maple Bacon, Salted Caramel, and Strawberry. Placing a large order was easy to do online, they were ready for pickup when scheduled, and they were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Half way through a 10 hour road trip and coffe and snacks were needed. Sugar Shack popped up on the radar and we were not disappointed! Coffee is amazing! Donuts are amazing! (We recommend the maple bacon donut) Hoping to make another stop on our return trip! ☕️

Excellent donuts in an up and coming area in South Arlington. The options are creative, rich and nearly ideal. Ask that they walk you through each offering for the day. I have found that they do not list the names of the donuts, so the more you know...

This place has amazing donuts, but popular items either sell out fast or arent always readily available, so call ahead or plan accordingly. Ive had their coffee a few times, but found it mediocre at best so plan on skipping it if you have other options.

They have the best donuts EVER! The chocolate sea salt caramel and the Samoa donuts are absolutely divine. Have yet to try out the peppermint bark one but it looks amazing. The lines/wait times are usually not long so you can be in and out in no time.

Really good donuts! The consistency is excellent and the flavors good. My only gripe is that for donuts they are on the expensive end so basically its either a cheap donut at DD or a boutique donut here. But at least they are tasty boutique donuts.

The donuts were amazing and HUGE. They are like 1.5 times the size of a regular donut. I tried a few flavors and they were all great. They make 12 and 18 inch donuts if you order in advance. I only saw pictures but they look ridiculous.

Super friendly staff, for sure. But without question only average tasting donuts. While the glazes and toppings are better than average, the donuts themselves are awful. Definitely worth finding a different donut shop if you love donuts!

These donuts are a touch on the pricey side, but only some other places Ive been to, you actually taste the quality. Everyone working there has always been super friendly as well and they are constantly rotating their specialty donuts.

They have some great donuts, probably the best in Arlington. Most of their flavors arent that edgy as some new places are, but they do their usual suspects very well. I personally love the blueberry cake, they are fantastic.

Delish and super creative variety of donuts. Cinnamon roll is to die for. The staff are so kind and offer great service. You wont regret it. Also great for sharing! Go earlier during the workday to get the cream of the crop.

A must go for donuts place! Not only customer service is wonderful but their selection of donuts are incredible, their maple bacon is delicious but the samoa one is out of this world. I highly recommend this place.

Most places have yeast donuts only. This place has both yeast and cake. Amazingly, they actually do both well. The Alexandria location has my old fashioned vanilla. The Apple cake donut is amazing. Worth it!

They have fantastic and amazing doughnuts! Parking is a cinch and free in the buildings parking garage. Entrance to the parking garage is on 11th St., in between the building and the US Postal office on Glebe rd.

The donuts are so good! Lots of flavors usually available fresh, and the staff is pretty friendly. Coffees not too bad either. Theres never a wait at this location but parking can be difficult.

If you can find the parking spot, you wont be disappointed. Everything is fresh and tasty. Their coffee is standard (but good), and fits well with their delicious donuts.

Messed up my order on donuts, and gave me ones that I hated. L Thats what happens if you look away, make sure you check what you got before you leave. They are not cheap.

Doughnuts are worse than Dunkin doughnuts... I would recommend a true got doughnut like one from duck doughnuts. You would be better off picking one up from the grocery

Always tasty donuts and friendly service. Rotating selection gives you a reason to keep coming back. Paid parking in front but free around the corner (2 hour).

Expensive but worth it. Sure you could buy 5 dozen at Shoppers for what you pay for one dozen here, but it is totally worth it. Go cake or go home.

Huge selection of donuts. But the sticker shock of almost $3-$4 dollars a donut makes it tough for me to swallow. Donuts taste okay not great.
