If I could give 0 stars I would! While shopping with my son for birthday shoes for his grandmother I decided to pick up a few pairs for myself. When I got to the register the girl ringing asked me loudly "if I wanted to pay for the shoes I had on my feet". I was confused because I was wearing some old flip flops that were clearly NOT new when I realized she was accusing me of stealing shoes. After I took my shoes off and put them in her face to let her know they were not new shoes, I walked away letting her know I would NOT be purchasing anything from them when another little girl a few registers away decided to yell, in front of my son and customers as I was walking pass "how did you want to pay for the shoes you are wearing". I again took off my shoe and showed her they were MY shoes. After I got my son out of the store I went back to speak with the manager who turned out to be the second girl, she told me she was "kind of the manager" not sure what that means. Her apology was "she was fairly new and "they" told her I was stealing the shoes and she was misinformed". The first girl never apologized at all but stood and listened as I expressed my anger to the "kind of manager". They all need training and obviously eyeglasses!!! Simply opening their eyes and looking down would have saved the accusations and embarrassment they caused. DSW has certainly lost a loyal customer for ever!

Cómo todos DSW ofrece precios competitivos. Los diseños no me gustan, de los 400 pares de zapatos que vi ahí solo me parecieron bonitos como 3... Depende de tus gustos, pero sin lugar a duda, si no eres una persona muy de tendencias y te gustan los estilos básicos, es tu lugar porque los precios están bastante bien. Aún así fliparás bastante al ver como unos zapatos de plástico de cuestan 50 dólares con la rebaja y unos de piel solo unos 10 dólares más... Obviamente, ve a por la piel.

Nice place to shop, bad place to park, so I wont be shopping at DSW anymore. I bought 2 pairs of shoes after also shopping briefly at another store in the same center, Pentagon Row. I had pressed the button on the parking meter to give me an hour of free parking. After DSW, as I approached my car, I saw the parking attendant from Colonial Parking standing by my car looking at the meter. He was waiting for my meter to expire!! which it did when I was only steps away. He wrote a parking ticket, even though I pointed out that I saw him waiting for my meter to expire. He could have allowed me one extra minute to push the button again (the limit was 2 hours). I understand the need for parking limits, but there were plenty of empty spaces. This predatory attitude of the parking attendants is why I wont shop at DSW or any other store in Pentagon Row anytime soon. I have been shopping there since they first opened, at least 10 years ago.

It can be overwhelming how many shoes they have here because of cities you have to scope out the entire selection before making your final purchase. Sometimes, youll fine a great deal here, but most times, I leave empty handed because quantity does not always equal quality. Its thinly staffed, so if you have a question, just go to the checkout desk.

Great place to find a nice shoes! you can get great deals on designer shoes if that is what you are into. the stacks and rows of shoes may be a bit overwhelming so take it slow. Okay Im here all the time if Im looking for a nice pair of shoes to go out. If youre looking for a pair of shoes this is the place to be

DSW is on the West side of the Pentagon City Mall. (We walked .5 miles in the snow to go to this wrong marker). I think DSW is a great place to search for shoes. Great brands and a good selection of everything. They have a good "club" that sends you discount coupons in the mail. Sweet.

This place is located next door and has never failed to impress me. They have a great collection of boots. I have been looking for a particular color in blue and I found the perfect match at DSW. They were at steal-away prices too!

The staff are Just AMAZING Least I can say about them! They were extra nice and helping, with very easy returning policy and they treat you with respect and love. Was never but so happy whenever I go there ! Just Perfect

Decent sized and good amount of selection. They have some weird layout and design choices that are annoying to squeeze through, but otherwise, quality shoe store.

The store used to carry a good amount of Asics running shoes. Now the selection is quite limited.
