The pharmacy provides great service. The online refills are completed quickly and the pharmacists and techs are very friendly. They have remembered me and my wife by name and have always given helpful answers to our questions. Several times we have run out of medication and a physician refill has taken a few days to get done and they have given us a few doses to carry us through the refill -- very helpful and shows how much they care.

Customer Service is horrible! No one should leave a store feeling horrible because a store manager yells at you for asking a simple question about a store coupon. Very rude associate results in us never returning to this RiteAid. Most of their inventory is out of stock and shelves are not maintained. Buyers beware! Shop elsewhere!

My husband and I love the people that work at this pharmacy. They know us by name and are very helpful if we have questions about over the counter and counter medications. We only have three prescriptions that we fill monthly, and they are always in stock.
