Huge shout out to Sheila and the staff at Ranch Pharmacy. I had a prescription that I needed re-filled. On Thursday I called my original Pharmacy and they told me they could not get it until the following Monday or Tuesday. I told them I was going out of town on Sunday and really needed it before I left town for the week. They said there was nothing they could do so I called Sheila. I was in an all day meeting so it was hard for me to make calls. Sheila called the other pharmacy, got the prescription transferred to Ranch Pharmacy and called me later on Thursday to tell me my prescription would be ready for pick-up on Friday. Sheila and her staff will go above an beyond to help you.

We went there for flu shot for my kid. They said our insurance did not cover it (which turned out to be wrong). Then we were told it costs $35 for both shots. I kept the receipt and when we went back three weeks later for the second shot, surprise surprise, they charged again for $35. When I confronted them they said it was $35 per shot. Practically they tricked me into paying $70 for something that was free with my insurance. I will never go back to that pharmacy again.

First...spend your money with LOCALLY OWNED companies. Second, I hate Walgreens pharmacy-too impersonal and ridiculously bad service. This pharmacy feels like a local pharmacy is supposed to feel like- a welcoming place where you feel like a human being and not another number. Prices are the same, so why not support a community owned business who offers great service!

They do make compound prescriptions, but make sure the price and if insurance covers. I did have to pay 200 out of pocket, they initially said ins would cover but didnt once i went back to pickup.
