Extremely friendly and personable staff all around. The optometrist was the best part. Ive always had trouble with glasses and he found out why, by doing some tests ive never seen other eye docs do. He also had a sense of humor and kept me and my wife laughing throughout the visit. Lenscrafters is not cheap, but we felt that the money was well spent based on the service and expertise provided. I gotta give them 5 stars for doing their best.

First off the doctor is incredible but his staff is absolutely ridiculous!! They couldnt find my insurance to bill so I ended up paying for that out of pocket even though I pay monthly for insurance and have come to them for years!! Then I needed a trial pair of contacts because I ran out and they tell me they cant give me them or sell them to me!! The receptionists there are worthless!!

I used them for several different pairs of glasses, including getting lenses put into a pair of Oakley sunglasses. They have always been very kind and efficient every time that ive been in. Ive worked with several associates and never had any problem. The best compliment that I could give is that I refer them to people I know because I trust that theyll do a good job.

Absolutely amazing! I broke my glasses ( friend stepped on them) and I took them in to the South Town Mall store and they fixed them right up for free! They are better than when I first got them! The guy who helped me was absolutely amazing! Thank you Lenscrafters!!
