NOTICE: Dont shop here until you have read this review, and then decide for yourself if it is worth the risk. Kind, professional, and friendly...UNTIL they are expected to honor their own replacement policy for their high-end merchandise. * * * DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY * * * We purchased multiple glasses, designer $$$$ frames and lenses from them for our entire family. When our son got his pair, he quickly noticed that the lenses were starting to chip around the frames. Frameworks initially said maybe they installed too big of a prescription in those particular frames, but later--when they discovered that the lenses cost around $400.00--they changed their mind and said we must have abused the glasses to get them to chip and, therefore, the free 2-year replacement coverage does not apply. It is no secret that Frameworks Eyewear is super-expensive, but for the price you expect you are getting a premium product with outstanding customer service and replacement coverage. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! If your glasses need service, you may have to pay the price...TWICE! The worst part about the whole thing: They wont even talk to us or open the topic for discussion. They said, “pay-up, go away, or tell it to our legal department. End of discussion.” Seriously!!! We have NEVER been treated so rude and inconsiderate by what first appeared to be a prestigious retailer, and we paid their premium prices for their high-end merchandise that included a written 2-year free replacement warranty. BUYER BEWARE!

Im not exaggerating. I used to go to the eyewear place near Main St and 3800 S (I cant remember the name) because they had funky glasses. Then they closed, and I mourned them desperately because all that I could find thereafter were big box stores with boring (and poorly made) frames. A friend recommended Frameworks, and I was so thrilled!!! They have a HUGE selection - so if you want classic, they have classic, and a wide (and sturdy!) selection thereof. And if you want funky, eclectic, name brand, fashionable, cutting edge, etc., they have that too! Essentially, if you want to find a frame that no one else has ever seen, go to Frameworks. Ive had Starbucks baristas lean out of the drive-thru window to compliment me on my frames. They are stand-out, awesome, one-of-a-kind frames. I have four, and am headed back for a fifth pair and replacement lenses for the other four (yes, they last that long, and lens replacement is affordable). They work with my insurances vision plan to get me the best deal. And if you dont know what youre looking for, the (super friendly and fun) staff will guide you to the right frames for your facial structure and coloring (I had no idea I could pull off a strong pinkish/purplish frame, but I can!). Honestly, I cant say enough. I do love my eyewear, and I will never shop anywhere else.

I was in desperate need of new glasses, but I have a very small and narrow face and always end up in frames that are either too large or child frames that look ridiculous on me. We were heading out of town in a few days and would be gone for two weeks when I went into Frameworks to look at glasses. Not only was I worried that they wouldnt have what I was looking for, I had to come with all four of my children - one who is a two year-old terror. Not only did the staff, greet me the moment I walked in, but they showed my children over to the play area where my children were quite content playing for the entire time I was looking at frames. AND, I found absolutely perfect frames that fit my face and are fashionable. I LOVE them! My other concern was that I had waited too long and my glasses wouldnt be available. I was trying to work out how to have them shipped out to me while I was on vacation. But miracle of miracles, a rush was put on the job and they arrived the day before we left. Again, the staff were incredibly patient with my four children and my kids even got to visit the treasure box - which they still talk about to this day. I would HIGHLY recommend Frameworks to anyone and our family wont be going anywhere else. It was perfect. THANK YOU!

Wow!! My five year old needed glasses and I was comparing Frameworks to Costco. Costco was $50 less; However Costco doesnt have a two year warranty on their glasses like Frameworks. Also, Frameworks had a much better selection for childrens glasses, so I went with them because I didnt want my five year old to look like a dork in Costcos glasses. Im so happy about my decision. Frameworks has replaced my sons broken lenses five times for free in the last year and a half. Also, my son scratched his lenses up pretty badly after owning them for a year, so I had the lenses replaced and Frameworks only charged me 20% which came to around $20. Seriously, what a no brainer!! Our opthamologist recommended Frameworks and he was spot on! I would have been out hundreds of dollars if I went with Costco. I have been extremely impressed with Frameworks customer service and warranty that I had to post this despite my busy schedule. I wouldnt go anywhere else for glasses!!

Frameworks was not kind to us. Getting glasses for my two daughters this lady was yelling @ me about my 17 month old getting one of her frames but was quickly intercepted. (my third daughter who does not wear glasses). Well me and my baby girl kept out of sight until somebody had to pay for the bill. Me and my baby girl came into the office, the lady started ranting about my little girl. I asked if I could come back a different time. She informed me I was never invited back to the store. I called back, they accused us of thrashing the place. I was trying a Swiss Flex product myself an accidentally knocked down a few glasses being a domino effect. We apologized profusely. We were treated bad and accused of thrashing the place. I beg to differ. My 17 mo. baby girl was watched by me @ all times. I do not recommended this store. It is not kid friendly thank you very much..

I have purchased many prescription glasses, sunglasses, non prescription sunglasses and contacts from Frameworks and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are very knowledgeable about the frames that they have an can help pick frames that would make anyone look amazing. Their turn around time is quick so you do not have to wait long to enjoy your new eye accessories. The entire staff has always been kind and helpful and will remedy any issue that you have. I would (and do) highly recommend Frameworks to everyone i know.

Ive shopped at Frameworks Eyewear several times and they are excellent at what they do! Glasses, sunglasses, and even contacts...regardless of what you need they know how to help. Ive referred several friends and coworkers to them and theyve all had similar outstanding experiences. The entire staff is great at helping you know what looks best on you and making sure you feel comfortable and confident. The annual sunglasses party is not to be missed as it helps all of us look super stylish for the sunny summer months!!
