It appears Valentines day and the days around it are a problem for this florist. They also are a contract of 1800 Flowers and is probably the reason they over promise and under deliver specifically during this time of the year. My husband ordered flowers for our 22nd anniversary. Its the day before Valentines day. My husband placed the order with 1800 on Feb 12th to be delivered on the 13th. By 7:45pm on the 13th, still no flowers. I called 1800 and they tried to rectify the problem. On their site it said my flowers had been delivered when in fact I had been home so I know this was incorrect. 1800 tried calling The Curly Willow but the florist did not - or would not answer their call. So I called. They answered my call and when I asked about my order I was told they are very busy and they could deliver them the next morning. I was very frustrated and told them I didnt want them the next morning, that my anniversary was today and its kind of important. I was then told, "Everyones flowers are important". No apology, no notification that I wasnt getting the flowers, only rude, combative responses from the woman that I assume was the owner. Only after I told her that she should just apologize to her customer, did she do that. And only after I told her that I did not want the flowers did she tell me she could deliver them later that night. The flowers arrived at 8:45pm, after my husband and I left for our dinner date. The following day, as busy as they were, they had time to send me a nasty email telling me that I am satisfied. I didnt realize a company now tells the customer when they are satisfied. This is new is the world of customer service. Unfortunately for them, its very easy to copy and paste their email to their customer and post through social media and internet sites. Hopefully they learn a lesson in customer service or they may find they will never have to explain they are too busy to be bothered with a customers order again. Here is the email I received the day after i received my anniversary flowers. Kind of takes the glee out of the gift. Thank you for your reply. In checking into your order after your telephone call, the order was forwarded to me around 3 PM for same day delivery. While it was a very busy day I accepted the order and delivered it to you. In fact it was upgraded from the order because of the late delivery. We upgraded the chocolates and added more roses. I also contacted my rep at 1800flowers to confirm that I had upgraded your arrangement and chocolate purchase. They have issued you a refund. At this point I would say you are satisfied as you received more than was ordered and a full refund. Regards.

For 20 years i got my flowers at skyline flowers. its been getting more and more difficult to get to the other end of the valley just to pick up flowers. On the off chance i decided to try the Curly Willow for my anniversary flowers. Im glad I did. I went in and talked with the florist which is a good idea so you are both on the same page. I spent about 70.00 but what was delivered to my house looked better then most 150.00 arrangements Ive paid for in the past. The florist was personal and professional, she listened to what i wanted and made some suggestions which were good ideas. overall, the service was outstanding, the florist was knowlegable and talented in floral design. and the quality of the product was second to none; if youre going to spend money on flowers you want value since youre going to spend at least 60.00 or more and its great to see something arrive that was better than you expected even after you talked with florist. But the most important thing was the look on my wifes face when they arrived which is the whole reason anyone buys flowers in the first place. Ill be getting all my flowers from the Culy Willow in the future. It truely was a great experience.

We needed two last-minute arrangements. We walked in with no idea what we were specifically looking for, just intending to pick out some pre-mades from a cooler like wed done before at other florists. It was an uncomfortable moment when we walked in and there were no pre-mades in the cooler. So the owner walks out and tells us she normally has arrangements ready to go, but there was some sort of minor stock issue- cant remember what- and that shed be happy to put something together for us if we had a few minutes. We did, and so she did, and they were gorgeous. We told her what we were hoping to spend and what the occasion was and she pulled together two absolutely stunning arrangements for a great price, much less than the online sites wanted. The personal touch she put into our visit has ensured our continued business, for sure. Very classy and friendly establishment.

If I could give more stars I would. On Sunday evening August 7th my grandson was admitted to the hospital. I live in Oklahoma he lives in Utah. I called The Curly Willow on Monday August 8th and asked them to deliver a fruit/candy basket to him with balloons. It was better than perfect. It was delivered earlier than I expected. I have added their website to my favorites and thankfully I dont need their services often but I will use them and highly recommend them whenever I can. Thank you for making a BIG impression on a little guy in the hospital and making this grandma feel not so far away.

The owner was pleasant to speak with and listened to my concern however the resolution we agreed upon was not fulfilled until 2 days after the delivery. If the arrangement stays alive for a few days the piece that made the arrangement look like what I ordered and really pop (once added 2 days later) will make me a bit happier with the arrangement and how it made the loved one I bought it for feel. Because she is the one who I really wanted to receive such a beautiful arrangement!

You know how guys are when it comes to an anniversary and waiting until the last minute. I arrived at the Curly Willow just as they were closing and was desperate for some flowers for my wife. Tawny was kind enough to open the door and make a beautiful arrangement that might wife just adored. This was customer service at its finest. Thanks Tawny!!!.

I live out of state and Ive been calling these guys for several years. My experience has been consistently great service and beautiful fresh flowers. They always manage to put together a nice arrangement even when I call late or at the last minute. And every time Ive made a last minute call they have managed to deliver them on time anyway. -Devon

I love these people. If you go in and give them some ideas of colors, flowers, and a budget they really know how to treat you right and make a beautiful arrangement. Theyre friendly and I always feel so much better working with locals in general. Great place. Great flower arrangements. Great folks.

Several of my white flowers were brown upon delivery. After 2 days, most of the flowers were wilted and dying. Customer Service was not helpful in remedying the problem. They asked me to call back in two days (once Valentines was over and theyd have more time to deal with the problem).
