I had never ordered flowers over the phone before, and I had never used this flower shop before. I live in France, and needed to order flowers for my best friends birthday. The website doesnt work so I had to trust the employee on the phone. She was very friendly and told me there might not be sunflowers available but they would surely make a beautiful arrangement with yellow gerber daisies. My friend got her bouquet and sent me a photo, and it was beautiful! Bright and cheery with sunflowers, I couldnt have asked for more!

Placed an order through FTD website . Bloomers in Mesa fulfilled the order . I paid $60.00 and my daughter received an arrangement that was worth $25.00 . Debbie the owner only wanted to argue with me . I am a florist. So know how much Flowers cost . . The arrangement I ordered was to come in a very cool vace . What she sent looked like a very small dollar store face . I ended up calling FTD and the gentleman I spoke to is having a new arrangement delivered tomorrow. My advice DO NOT ORDER from Bloomers in Mesa .

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day from Bloomers. The flowers were late a whole day and only got to my mom because I called several times to check on the order. Once the order was recieved, the flowers were not the right ones and it looked like an arrangement from the floral department at your local grocery store. Need less to say after calling and complaining I was pretty much told "Oh Well" I will never order from this shop again they robbed me of a beautiful Mothers day present to my mother.

Bloomers has the WORST customer service!! half of the time when you try to call you get disconnected. Called to make an order and the girl on the phone took all credit card info then the call got disconnected and she never called back even though she had my number just in case. called back the next day to see if my order was in but they couldnt tell me anything without a confirmation number even though i never got one.

Was out of town and ordered Anniversary flowers for my husband. He had an emergency and had to go to the hospital in Phoenix. I let the flower shop know, and they went out of their way to bring him the flowers in the hospital. Keep up the excellent customer service. P>S> Bouquet was beautiful!

Received a beautiful plant yesterday from fresh bloomers flower shop. Thank you for leaving it with my neighbor who promptly brought it to me when I got home. You went above and beyond by calling to make sure it would be OK with me to leave next door. I will definitely be a customer.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Great florist, Great customer service, Fresh Flowers, and beautiful arrangements. I have been here several times and always get the most beautiful flowers, they do get very busy around a holiday so make sure and order early. BEST FLOWERS EVER!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother and instead of going to her house they tried to deliver to my house...you know the billing address...Im at work...so the had to redeliver the next day and did the same thing....
