Ive gone to Discount Tire in Riverton for 2 sets of tires now. My first experience was great. Just ordered them online, set the appointment showed up and got them put on. The second experience was even better. These were tires for my wifes car. I was working and really didnt have time to get the tires taken care of for her and she was feeling uncomfortable with calling around and not getting jerked around. So I called costco, walmart and discount. Joe and discount was very understanding of our budget. I explained that I had a dollar amount in mind based on what Id found researching online. The tires I found on there website werent in stock there so he actually suggested a tire he liked more that were normally 10 bucks more a tire than what I had found and he said hed match the price of the cheaper tires. So I told him lets do it. My wife showed up about an hour later and talked to Joe and told him who she was and she said he was very nice and helpful. This is so important to me as a husband since I already feel guilty that I cant get this done for her and I dont want her to have a hard time getting it done. Tires are one of those things where there are a lot of places that will try and upsell you and pressure you. Im glad I found a place I can trust enough to send family to and not worry about how theyll be treated.

These guys are the best! I have bought 4 sets of rims and 5 sets of tires from these guys for my familys vehicles. But lets be honest, any tire shop can slap tires on rims and send you on your way. Its the customer service at this store that keeps me coming back. The guys there have been so helpful. They always give me and my family the best deal, sometimes saving $100 or more from other places. I had a set of tires that I had bought there the year previous that just were not the best tires for my truck. I blew one out in the middle of the West Desert and it totally shredded it to pieces. I took it in to them and since I didnt have the certificates they sell, they would pro-rate the tire for me. I felt that was fair, and since I only had 7,000 miles on it, got quite a bit back on it. But my other tires were below 50% tread already! I know trucks can be hard on tires, but with only 7,000 miles on them, they shouldnt be below 50%. They offered to pro-rate my other 3 tires as well and I was able to get a much better set of tires loosing only maybe $30-40 vs hundreds in a few more months when they are bald. not a bad deal in my mind! They owned up to the tires being bad tires and didnt try to blame it on my alignment or other things to get themselves off the hook. I will be a customer for life!

If you want a staff that you need to babysit then the discount tire in Riverton is the place for you. We took our car there to purchase some new tires because the front tire was flat and beyond repair. They put on the spare tire because the 4 new tires needed to be ordered in. Half way home we wondered if they put the front tire rim in the trunk so we checked the trunk and it was not there. So we drove back and had to wait in line to get someone to help us and get our rim back. Half way home again we noticed a piece of the rim was missing. So we turned around a 2nd time and waited to get help for the missing part. After 4 days of waiting for the new tires to show up we called the manager and he said he would get a tracking number and call us back. He never called. The next day we were supposed to bring in the car for our appointment to mount the new ones. They had no idea where the tires were and could not even find a tracking number. So they suggested the next tire size up which only adds about 3/8 of an inch height compared to our old ones and had these 4 tires in stock all along. Why didnt they just suggest this when we came in the first time?!?!?!? Definitely going somewhere else next time!!

WOW! I couldnt ask for any better service!! With a big storm coming in and my wifes tires needing replacement. I knew that are late afternoon shopping would only get us appointment after spending time at a couple of other retailers. When being approach by Curtis I asked him about specials and he was more than helpful giving me some options. After deciding on some tires that had better warranties and price than the other retailers. I asked when I could make an appointment for the following week. He than mentioned that if I was willing to leave my car for four hours that he would get it done that night. I was really impressed that as a company that they not only had the perfect amount of people staffed but also was able to work on cars after hours. That is 4 hours after their regular closing time!! Thank You Staff an crew at Discount tires it means a lot when you step up your customer service game to help out many!!

I really do love this location. Every time I have had a tire need, they take care of me well and treat me fairly. I have been coming here for about 4 years now, and recently needed to get some used tires I purchased from KSL mounted onto my car. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and even helped me check out the tires I was purchasing elsewhere to make sure they would fit my needs. I have purchased new tires here as well, and they always try hard to get me a good price, as well as make sure I am getting the best tire possible for my price range. They do a great job with repairs as well. All around I have had nothing but positive experience with this location, it is always my go to tire shop...figured it was time I left them some feedback!

The staff were friendly, respectful and worked with me on the price. That said, having been a Discount customer for a while in many states I have to say this location is pretty slow and doesnt seem to operate on a first come first serve basis (I sat where I could hear, not due to appointments). Also Ive taken 2 cars (different makes and models) there, both times with both cars TPMS sensors worked when I arrived and stopped working after they were done with the cars. They are too lazy to reset the sensors properly and tell you it will go off after 20 minutes then they never do. In one case they damaged the sensors so now I would have to pay the dealer a lot to fix it. Discount is okay but avoid this location of possible.

I blew a tire on the highway making a big hole in my tire. When I got to the store they came out to the car to check it out, we went back in pulled up my account showing the replacement certificate. I CANNOT stress how awesome this is! The hole turned out to be to big to fix so they replaced the tire for free. I was amazed mostly because they had other customers there but I was still in and out under twenty minutes. Thats what I call quality service, it didnt turn out to be a big ordeal, just a quick stop and Im on my way. Ive always gone to discount tire and I probably always will. This store was especially helpful and one Ill frequent.
