I go in with a check I need to cash and I want to put part of it on a card. You know like they offer and promote at every walmart. It on the signs and its on the prepaid displays. After waiting 10 minutes at the customer "service" desk I lady comes up and begins to help me. I tell her what I want to do and she stares at the register puzzled and tells me she doesnt know how to do that. I say okay well can you get someone who does because its cheaper to do it in one shot, it will save me an extra fee. She begins the process the check and then she hands me the cash and then she says do you have your , knowing networ past the point of no return on this. She goes to the card and tells me theres going to be a fee I explained the policy that she should know interested are puzzled. So she called the store manager of Ryan or Brian and he looks at the register puzzled like Ive handed him a Rubiks Cube to solve he says he doesnt know how to do it either. Oh great... I explained I was in here 2 weeks ago and pleasant lady did just what I asked I told them her name and that she wasnt here today. Then you can see the light bulb go off in the managers head, oh yeah we dont do that anymore its not something we offer here I remember now they just barely did away with it. Oh really so now were just saying anything? okay well I have my phone on me lets call over to the other river to Walmart and see what they have to say. The store manager says" you want me to call the other Walmart? " and I said no I have my phone Ill do it for you & well figure out when this policy changed. His face goes beet red and he starts to stutter and then he comps me to $3. After two weeks I go back in another check expecting that this issue would have been resolved once the store manager got involved, but that was too optimistic. The same thing happens with the young gentleman who turns to older lady to getting direction. she prompted him through the entire process incorrectly and then Im trying to get a fee waived they call the Ryan the liar over and he says oh its not something we offer any more.. oh were still stickin w this story? Ok well I know for a fact you offer it, its on my card right here its in your stores so why dont you dont you train your employees? I know its not a lot of money its more the principle of the fact that you offer these services and then your manager why instead they dont because they dont want to say I dont know. These are not things that are negotiable. this happened 3 times total. each time ended up with the same idiot and the same lies. You end up with a store full of employees who dont know how to do their jobs and a manager who looks like lying fool. Needless to say I wont go there ever again... anything more complicated than pointing to an isle is way over their heads. Walmart! Train your store managers on your store policies! And explain every time you lie to a customer you do much more damage than saying I dont know. I know people have come to expect nothing from Walmart employees but Im sick of it!

I love this Walmart. There is enough people working, and its quick to get in and out. I was trying to pick up a package that had been canceled (an online order I had done, but waited too long to pick up). The package had been marked to be returned and my money had been refunded. Crystal and Clair tracked down my package, and were able to let me purchase it regardless so I didnt have to reorder it. They are awesome! Thanks Clair and Crystal!

Love this Walmart, go there all the time. Great place to pickup groceries. It is a grocery only place so if you are looking for electronic plugs or headphones, things like that, you will not find them. I use the pharmacy all the time and everyone is very friendly. It has self checkout, great sales in the bakery/deli often and although it is small for a Walmart its a nice place to stop if you live nearby or just need to grab some groceries.

This is a very conveniently located Walmart neighborhood market. Dont expect a Walmart supercenter. You wont find clothing, shoes, tvs, kitchenware, etc here. They do have a pharmacy though. Quick and easy place to pick up a few items here and there. I like an extensive book and magazine section like youd find in Smiths Marketplace. You wont get that at this Walmart. Just a few magazines and the weekly tabloids.

This is the only Walmart I actually enjoy shopping at. I forget that I am at the dreaded Walmart who has a tendency to rip off their employees and just want to get customers in and out. This store is clean, and you can be as talkative or unsociable as you please with the convenient self check out.

Love that we have another option to go to Walmart. There are two Walmarts about equal distance from my home, and this one is smaller, less busy. I just like the environment better here, but they arent a super Walmart so dont go expecting to find clothes or household items. Good for groceries.

I love the pharmacy! The drive-up is convenient, the pharmacist is good and the pharm tech, Aimee, is just great! Caring, efficient, friendly. Glad to have it in our neighborhood. Now if we could just have a gate and pathway to the condos for seniors who cant drive anymore.

Nice that its never busy but the staff was completely unhelpful. Needed a product for my sick child. They told me they had the product in stock and when I drive there to get it, it turns out they dont even carry it...

We like going to this Neighborhood Market. Selection is not as good as Supercenters but the prices are better and what they do have is worth the trip. Pharmacy is excellent as well. Give it a try.

This is one of the cleanest Walmarts I have visited. The staff seemed friendly enough. It is enough out of the way that it wasnt very busy. They have good prices and good layout of the store.

Tiny and efficient. I call in often to ask if they carry a particular item, in case I can skip the large Walmart, and they are always well educated about their stores stock and quick to help.

Its a Wal-Mart grocery store. Disengaged staff and good for packaged product. Fresh stuff is edible but generally less quality than every other grocery store Ive been to.
