THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! Its pretty sad when you go in the store to ask an employee questions about a product and you know more than they do. Every time I would ask a question about a product, the girl would just say, "Uh...yeah, I think so." I finally got so fed up with it I ask her if she even knew anything about the products. She said no. How do you have someone work at a store that knows nothing about the stores products? Get it together GNC. I would use the girls name, but that might be crossing the line. I finally just figured it out myself online so I wouldnt have to deal with her anymore.

Absolutely awful! The young girl at the desk literally sprinted to her car as we pulled up and left the store during opening hours! And closed up the doors! Super irritating... my husband and I have been waiting for her to come back for 10 min now and have watched already 5 costumers attempting to open the doors and leaving upset because its now "closed". We were there earlier when she was there and she was absolutely clueless and couldnt answer any of our questions about products . Im so upset with this store and that employee .

Hours listed as opening at 10am. Showed up at 10 been sitting here for 10 mins and lights are still dark. Really irritating as I drove out of my way to check out this store. Edit Spoke with them and got some sob story about misplacing their keys. After contacting corporate they credited me 150 points and will be speaking to the management. Unlikely to shop at this gnc in the future
