This place is notorious for having the worst customer service in all of Logan. Everyone I have talked to has only had a negative experience here, including me and my family. About a month ago we went there for a simple task that we needed done. They acted very put out and annoyed as if we were a burden and inconvienence on their time. The previous reviews are right on--they only want the "big" projects and refuse to go the extra mile to help anyone on the "smaller" tasks. They never offer assistance of any kind with the machines either. You are left bewildered to figure it all out for yourself. I visited Filbies in Providence this past week for a work project I needed done. They were super friendly, took the time to explain the products to me, did an awesome job, and it was very affordable (unlike Kinkos that charges you an arm and a leg). Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs this negative and extremely unprofessional environment!!

I concur on everything. Last attempt - I sent an item over Print Online and said it would take 30 minutes to get it. After an hour it was not there. Sent a guy to see, and they could not find it. He mistakingly said it was sent via email but it went through the online service - but they did not bother to check that. I called and after serveral people I must have woke someone up. She said "Oh yeah we got something online" and they would get to it. Had no idea if it was mine, and they would call. 5 hours later its ready. They did handle my 200 plus orders much more quickly! Use AlphaGraphics in Providence. Much better! Alphagraphics is now as bad as Fedex. Overcharged on large prints - twice as much as anywhere else, and made a mistake as well - on 12 prints that were so big you could not miss them. Inept idiots all of them! The guy I dealt with had hair in his eyes - maybe that was the problem (or hair in the brain too)

Just got charged $57 to scan 8 24" x 36" sheets. Granted it was large format scanning, but I did all of the work, I put the files on my USB that I brought with me. I was shocked. I have taken all of my business printing, etc needs here for almost 2 years because they are conveniently located. The lady, told me this was the price from corporate and there was nothing she could do. If the price is from corporate, why cant I find any prices online? I called another local print shop. That shop was apologetic, because they know the price is higher than what most people like to spend, but that it would have been $16. Yes, thats more expensive than I would have hoped, but a less than a third of the cost of Kinkos. I could have driven to the main office in Salt Lake and scanned this for less than what they just charged me. I wont be back.

The staff is nice, but the package service was dismal. I went in to send an important package international. I paid priority shipping to have this package there within three days. The employee told me that if I filled out the forms, it should sail through customs and arrive on time. It didnt. It got to the location 5 days late. The person to receive the urgent package had already left , and so no one could pick up the package. I called customer service to get a refund for it, and after 30 minutes on the phone, I got half the money back. They blamed customs, but the package didnt get TO customs in the time they promised, and they told me customs WOULDNT be an issue. That is the last time I ship with FedEx because apparently they dont really guarantee on time package delivery. Very dissatisfied with the shipping services.

Im a design student, as such I have a lot of projects I need printed and copied. I have gone to FedEx a few times, mainly because they are open late and are near my apartment. Every time I have gone to them they have messed up my order. They have cut my paper to half of what I told them I needed, smudged my original drawings, wasted my watercolor paper, they are always printing too light or too dark, are quite often grumpy, and they keep me waiting for hours. Literally I sat there for 2 and a 1/2 hours once while the employees talked in the break room, saying "were working on it." If there is any other way you can go somewhere else- do it!

I just went in to print some photos. While I was there, this ray of sunshine by the name of Calley helped me. I had asked about bigger prints for my art and she happily grabbed 2 Goliath books to flip through and explain all the different options with me. She had me laughing so hard I didnt want to leave! I hope the owner values her (and gives her a raise) because Ive never had such a great retail experience. As long as shes there Im never going anywhere else for my printing.

I so want to leave a good review, but I cant. Fortunately, the employees were nice to me when I went in, but they didnt deliver what I wanted - even after a phone call explaining what I needed. Im a graphic artist, so having a print shop nearby that can deliver what I need is necessary. Unfortunately, here is not the place. Ive since taken my business elsewhere and do not plan to use Fedex printing in the near future.

Not concerned about customer service. More concerned with big orders than the walk in customer with a few files on a flash drive. Some employees are very nice, but they go against what they are taught to do by their managers. Basically small orders arent worth their time, go to Filbies in Providence. They have the best prices, are super nice and they have free tootsie rolls.

Got a great rate on a large box going to Texas, today tried to mail a small box to SLC they wouldnt take my neatly wrapped in white paper shoebox sized box. Didnt wait to see what the problem was...Dont Care. They will take a large KOHLs box but not a small white shoebox? That sucks....took it back to USPS.

Depends on whos working. Some days Ive had great service with quick and attentive employees. Other times its hard to get any quality help at all for copies or printouts. Shipping department has always been good though.
