Dont drop off UPS here. They lie and tell you it goes out that day. My package wasnt shipped for two days and decided to pick it back up. First guy told me it would ship same day. It didnt. I drove down to ask them about it the next day. She said she thinks it shipped. Give it another day. I waited. Next day tracking said it still wasnt shipped. I called in asked why it wasnt shipped. And she said it would ship out today. She said they are a new store and thats why it doesnt ship right away. So basically lied to for 2 days. Had to come back and pick it up. And take it to the UPS store to ship it. Also Mailing & More doesnt give you a drop off receipt. UPS Store does.

I dont know what the person who gave the one star review is talking about. I have shipped a lot of packages from Mailing and More and they always go out that day. I have been there when UPS has done pick up. I have also used the store for Fed Ex and USPS packages. The staff is great and the service is too notch.
