Stopped in about 5:20pm today, June 17, 2015 and a female worker named Ericka was assisting a man at the counter; who was the only other person in the business She never greeted me, and I took my place at the counter awaiting my turn. Ericka complained about previous customers while helping the man. Upon completion of the mans order I expected her to help me and while waiting for her to finish the paperwork she occupied herself with another man entered the store and she begin to help him. I said "I was here before this man was, would you rather that i take my business elsewhere" and she replied Yes". Thanks, I will not try to do any business with FedEx again, and will advise family and friends of this incident, and ask them to avoid doing business with FedEx.

Very rude management Ive been I dropping pre-paid packages here weekly and constant tension between customers including myself. Yari is VERY abrasive and needs to understand customers are spending ALOT of money to send packages when prices have gone up in last few weeks while fuel price are low? district manager needs to address this lack of customer service and abrasiveness or these negative reviews are going to keep coming and numbers in the store are going to be continually low and goals not met. The Tenaya location near 95/lake mead is by far better at customer service. Avoid this location and drop at Cheyenne & MLK fed ex depot if you can, spoken to the managers at Cheyenne and Im not the only one complaining about this location.

Worst management ever and the District manager as well. We put in an order, came back cut completely off center and didnt even review with us before giving back the product. We complained to corporate where they said they would refund the order after a long long conversation....trying to prove us wrong, felt like we were on trial! Also saying we had the full order when in fact we did not. Again corporate said they would refund the order totaling apprx. $260. We received the check today with a total of $161. Worst customer service ever.

"Candice" and "Gabby" working, many waiting customers. "Candice" seemed to be in charge but she was handling a big, complicated shipping order. I waited for one half hour and was 2nd in line. Five or so other people were behind me waiting. "Gabby" has no social skills, hair over her eyes and mumbled responses. Not at all helpful. She needs some serious training. A bad experience. Ill go elsewhere next time.

This was the worst service I ever had at a Kinkos. Not only did I wait 10 or 12 mins with one person being serviced in front of me. I explained that I would like the same order done again. When they totaled the order it was $340.00 and my first one was $115.00. The two employees couldnt figure it out so I left after 20 mins. One of the employees seem to be on pain pills? If I were the owner I would do a drug test.

I use FedEx Kinkos all over town and have to say that Im very happy to finally have this one so close to my home. They are very helpful. Once they didnt have a box to fit my needs and they created one to fit what I needed. Ive never had any problems with any of them, and I go there atleast 1 or 2 times a week.

Went in twice just before closing because i had to. Only needed a couple copies, both times the girl working there said with a threatening tone you have exactly 2 min. Til we are closed.... she needs to have no job to leave, and no money to pay her bills a while. Maybe it will adjust the crappy attitude.
