I get that the people at this store are human, and that off days exist for everybody in every business. However, I was not surprised that the reviews for this store were anything but impressive. The fact that it was made so near impossible by them for my husband to pick up a package in my name was outrageous. And the owner, who I will now ironically refer to as "Mr. Friendly" was not so friendly. I understand that their are certain policies to follow in business and that you are "an independent franchise," but if you are accepting packages through UPS my choice, your rules should very well match up with what they are telling UPS customers before somebody sends somebody else into the pits of Nampa only to be sent back home empty handed. If you have a giant UPS sign on your storefront, one might expect things to work similarly. I am disappointed by how difficult and frustrating this store made this experience. Nobody should have to jump through hoops to receive a package holding a product that they paid for. Sure, there are brave souls ordering expensive items that you dont want to be held liable for, but Ive had airport security experiences much less abrasive and much simpler than trying to get my full series of Tru Calling DVDs and breastfeeding cover released to my husband. Word of advice, maybe you and the real UPS should sit down for lunch and get on the same page. Until then, Im praying to the high heavens that I never have another package end up here.

I brought a package in to return to the local cable company to return. I explained what I wanted to do and handed them the package. I understood it would be taken care of and they would do their job. The package ended up back on my doorstep the next day. I called to see what happened and I was hounded about the labels by an older gentleman. I told him I dont know about labeling for ups and I thought that was their job to ensure the package would be returned to sender. How difficult is this? I had to call and request a pickup, sounds easy! Oh NO. I had to give all of my information after waiting on line for 15 minutes. After all of this the driver never knocked on the door to pickup and instead left a sticker saying he/she missed us. We were absolutely home. I wonder if the driver had the sense to question dropping the same package odd two days in a row. I am baffled at the lack of common sense of this company and its employees. This would have been avoided if the driver would have knocked on the door upom the first delivey so we could refuse the delivery, no istead the package was left on our step in the rain no less. Oh by the way, I still have the package. They never even tried to come by more than the one time. Unbelievable!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Came to the store to send a return back in its original packaging. Darylynn boxed the item and taped it for me. Not once did she say the packaging was not proper for the item. Again I was returning an item in the original packaging it was sent to me in the first place. The item was reported damaged and missing by UPS. When I called the store to talk to the manager/owner/whoever was in charge named Jan, she responded that the original sender should have used a 54 PSI cardboard box instead of a 32 PSI cardboard box when shipping the item to me originally and is why the item got damaged or went missing during the return. UPS will not cover the damage and loss of the item during shipment. They have not provided me with any evidence that the box was damaged or how the item went missing.

I have had a very negative interaction with the manager of this store. On entering the store and starting to wrap my package, the manager (an elderly lady) snarled at me that my package would have to withstand a 9-foot drop and 300 lbs. of weight upon it. I immediately started to leave the store as I did not think any package should be subjected to such treatment and that the manager was extremely rude. A young associate in the store (her name was Britt) stopped me and quietly assured me that my package was not at inordinate risk and that she would help me. So, I went ahead with the transaction. If you can deal with Britt then I would patronize this store, if you have to deal with the manager, STAY AWAY!

Awesome after a bad experience at the primary ups shipment center in nampa where they wouldnt help me and said they wouldnt print the label that was sent to my email or let me forward it to them and didnt even want to look up the shipment number that I prepaid for. Mike I believe his name is at the ups store/annex in nampa off 12th behind the sonic was very helpful and kind printed the label and got everything ready to go very quickly I would recommend going through them instead of the ups shipment center in nampa off 20th Ave. Thanks Mike

There were two women working in this store. One of them (the older woman) was incredibly rude, practically yelling at as before we even got to the front of the line or said anything. She was mad we came to pick up our package, that the UPS website said was available for pickup, she was mad at us for coming too early. Very rude. Luckily, the other woman found our package in 5 seconds and got it to us in about a minute, and she was nice about it. Store would be better off with just her, give the younger one a raise and fire the older one.

I shipped a return (actually an exchange) package back on August 26th. I have checked with the company multiple times to see if they have received my package and they still havent which I just thought it got lost in the mail but I recently shipped another item (going from Idaho to Utah) from this same store last Friday September 23rd and that company still hasnt seen my package either as of today. Will use the post office downtown from now on.

The majority of my experiences have been positive at this location. Ive been assisted by the owner Mike a couple of times and he has always provided friendly accurate service. The shipping world can be complicated, dumb and unexpected things can and will happen from time to time, but the service Mike provides will bring me back to this facility again.

I have never had a good experience at this store, in its new location or old. I have never been provided with good customer service and the last time I was in the store everything looked to be so disorganized, I was afraid my packages were not going to arrive at their destinations.

I have shipped from this store many times at the old and new locations and they have always been very helpful. When Ive had them pack items for me they are very careful and do a much better job than I do when I pack them myself. Highly recommended.

Always great service at this UPS store! Ive used them for printing & design as well as a notary....and of course, sending packages. Mike does a fantastic job with design. Great attention to detail. Always recommend this UPS Store!
