I was assured by the clerk the insurance on my item would be honored if damaged during shipping. Otherwise, as I told the store, I wouldnt risk having it shipped. In the end, I paid $70 to have my item destroyed and another $300 to have it "fixed". Even better, I was told it was my fault it happened. The insurance is a total scam, you will be lied to and if anything goes wrong, you will be blamed.

I stopped in to get a notary done and the lady was completely rude. I ended up finding another business in the same shopping center who provided notary services, fortunately. Upon talking to others who have been to that store, they too have had problems with the notary there. Get a new notary!! Shes rude!!

worst service ever. the girl behind the counter was rude to me and other customers in the store. she then proceeded to charge me almost double the rate i was quoted on the UPS website, i called another UPS store and was quoted 20 cents over the ups website quote

Incompetent and rude The Notary Public (Kyle) was incompetent and rude. Additionally, he lied to me the previous day. He had to call his boss to find out what to do. On the previous day, he told me that there was no Notary Public on site. WOW!
