9/21/16 UPDATE: After the owner responded to my review, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and checked my emails (all 3) and spam folders and still saw no e-mail. Thinking maybe it just never went through, I stopped by for my shirts. Surprise... He just had a friend pick them up to use as rags. Its been a week and I can see that, so I asked him to produce the email, to just pull it up on the computer and Id take a picture and adjust my review. The only thing I got was excuses about how difficult it is to find it. He offered to send it later and to his credit, I received an email shortly after saying hed get it to me. That was almost 24 hours ago and still no email. In closing, he is a legitimate shop and was there doing work. Our transaction with him started off great, then it was like we were forgotten. My advice is that if you are ever going to use him, stay on top of him with communication and get them at least a week or two early. ORIGINAL REVIEW:. Well... Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from? Shirts were supposed to be ready by today. Sent an email Wednesday to check on progress and crickets... Two weeks ago I paid in full and sent professionally done art work. Its 4:15pm and the shop is closed. Hopefully you see this dont make the same mistake made.

After my original screen printer could fill my order of over 150 pieces because his father suddenly passed away, I was frantic looking for someone to fill my order in less than a week. I sent an email out to every single screen printer within a 150 mile radius and chose DossEffects based on their willingness to match my previous price quote and their email response time. Everyone else wanted to charge screen fees, change of color fees, rush fees, artwork fees (the artwork was already vectored, so that makes no sense), but Doss was the ONLY company that didnt try any of that! In fact, they made my vector even better than it was before! They brought the price down to my level, they always responded to me within hours, and had my order ready the morning of the due date! I am extremely happy with this company and will definitely be coming back! I hope you find this review and choose them to fill your order. Im pretty confident you will be happy you did!

I found Doss on Google and was very impressed with our first meeting. He seemed like a nice guy and I looked forward to working with a local company with fair pricing. It took 5 weeks and 3 different occasions with me telling him what I wanted on our shirts and hats before I threw in the towel on this company. I paid a $95 set up fee and was supposed to get 1 hat and 1 shirt sample so I could approve eventually order more. After 4 weeks and minimal correspondence I received nothing, and no refund. I dont like leaving negative reviews on companys pages, especially local ones but I am less than impressed and feel ripped off.

This place was very unprofessional. I called inquiring about an embroidery job and sent my information to the email address provided. There was no follow up after the email was sent or response. I followed up to be told that he responded to my email and couldnt do this with graphics but suggested embroidery. So that tell me he never reviewed my original request because embroidery is what I asked for. I responded with that was my original request and its been crickets every since. No response and I let him know it too. You try and help out small business owners and this is what happens.

I was referred to this company by friends and could not be happier with the experience so far! Steve was extremely helpful and willing to work to meet the needs and expectations that I had for what I was looking for. Small business with big outcomes! This is my first time ordering a large amount of custom made shirts for my hula studio and I was quite nervous about what I may be getting into but I was put at ease from the beginning and the prices are so reasonable! Punctual. Efficient. Quality. The team at DossEffects Print Shop were outstanding in delivering our tee shirts on a very tight deadline. Without the completion of these shirts we would not have been able to sell them at our show, which in turn does not fair very well for anyone at that point. However we received our shirts a day earlier than we had even expected and as a result were able to have clothing available to purchase! I would highly recommend bringing all of your screen printing needs here immediately!

Steve at DossEffects Print shop is a perfectionist! You can see our logo on our website and the Pinal County Chamber of Commerce. Our logo has lots of bright vivid colors from Oranges and Yellows, blues and Reds and even a bit of green. Our shirts came out so well we have doubled our order! Go to his shop look at our example up on his wall and you know your getting a top quality shirt and he is the only screen printer I have found that will do smaller jobs! A+++ Service!

We used Doss Effects to print 160 t-shirts for girls camp 2 years ago. We ordered several sizes in 5 different colors and Doss Effects did a wonderful job! The shirts they recommended were comfortable and the printing crisp and easy to read. Two years later the girls are still wearing them because they continue to look GREAT!
