Horrible experience. I was first referred to this business by my decorator for their rug selection, and when I first visited this store I was treated okay. I was told you could take rugs home to try in your home, which is common at many furniture stores with a 48 hour return policy. I took two rugs and really liked one, but I was not sure as I had just started looking, so I returned the two and took two more that did not work at all and were returned as well. At this point I was helped by the in-store decorator who was really nice and suggested a few, so I took two more I really liked to look at again with my own decorator who was bringing more rugs to compare and accessories to match. My decorator and I compared the rugs she had found along with the rugs we found together at the Furniture Lady. At this point, I was considering one of the rugs from the Furniture Lady in a larger size (a 9X13 when I had taken the 8X10). To my surprise I was met by possibly a manager or owner who asked if I was returning the two rugs. He asked my name to return them and when he heard, before I could say anything more he said that I cant shop there anymore. It was so unexpected that I thought he was kidding, but he went on to say that I had been in three times and taken rugs three times and not bought anything and that that was not how they did business, so I was not to shop there anymore. Really! I have not had this experience anywhere else doing the exact same thing, and I think that if The Furniture Lady had a problem with the multiple returns, they should have made it clear at some point that that was not the way they did business. However, it is clear that that is not the case as even the in-store decorator was shocked when she heard what I was being told. She said they always let customers take rugs home to try. I guess she didnt know three strikes your out! If you have a limit or policy on how many times you can take a rug or mirror or anything before you buy it, maybe you should let the customer know? Certainly not ban them from the store with no prior warning. At some point, I had mentioned my decorator sent me there to shop for rugs and he went as far as to say tell her not to send her clients, as they do not do business this way. I believe they may have been misunderstood somewhere along the way that my decorator was ordering the same furniture outside of their business, but this was not the case and once again it is appalling that they made such a bold assumption. I am completely stumped by this experience, as I have not experienced it anywhere else and all I can so is they are entirely unprofessional.

Just bought a modern furniture set from Lindsey here and I must say the experience was incredible. She was very kind and genuine to us. We purchased the set and they delivered it. We opened it up and we wish we wouldve picked a different color, I reached out to Lindsey and she was so kind and said she would exchange the color for us at no charge. That is seriously how you do customer service. We were incredibly happy about the replacement and the quality was perfect. I will buy from her again and will definitely refer my friends to her. Before going to RC Willey or anywhere else I recommend seeing what she has.

We bought a couch in Feburary of this year. By June every single support on the back of the couch broke. We have a 5 and 2 year old so nobody was jumping or rough housing on it and we arent 300 lb fatties either. So disappointed our new couch broke in 4.5 months. We Will never in a million years buy from her again.

This place is a hidden gem! I just recently learned of this place and stopped in to investigate and walked out with several items. Its affordable, there is a wide variety of items for your house, and its not the standard cookie cutter brick and mortar.

We moved into our new house a few months ago and needed all new furniture. We went here first and went to all the other places on Labor Day. Even with their sales nobody was even close to how far our budget went at furniture lady for much nicer pieces.

Great service and nice selection of furniture! I am sure we will be going back. Only downside is that what you see on the floor isnt available to take right that moment and they have to order it, but not really a big deal.
