Worst experience ever long story made short manager said could reload my card then left the cashier RUDELY says idk hw to do tat then proceeded to yell & badger me while I grabbed soda & then started getting worse as I came back near counter I had already paid cash for everything & then because I said you need to stop treating ur customers like this she then threatened to call cops & have me & my child removed all because I got upset when she didnt even want to try and figure out how to reload card she so lazy she didnt even try & call someone to help it was plain & simple discrimination & cussing @ me & my daughter Im probably going to sue them but I didnt tell her that I did say fine Ill call corporate she sed & I quote (snotty attitude & voice) go ahead Ill still be working here!! Will never go back n she dont seem to know that the manager that left actually knows me & him & I joke all the time !! But nope she treated us like trash!! Wont ever go bak!!

This is the third time Ive had terrible service at the Willis location FM 1097. Will not be going back for any hot meal services. Every time I ask for a breakfast plate I get different price as the cash register. Look at the picture as you can see the eggs tasted terrible and threw the plate away. Eggs where 3 different colors. Eggs where hard like they dumped fresh eggs into a pan with old eggs. Yesterday there where flys on the bacon. The employees need a manager and a training course before they are allowed to cook anything. Place use to be packed in the morning and this morning I was the only one in line. Should of raised a flag but was running out of time and had to get to work.

This place is a joke. The managers are untrained, rude, & utterly offensive & rude. Whenever there is a problem they threatin to call the cops (proceed to say) that she would still be working there. Like what are you people thinking hiring people like this
