$5 minimum on cards does not apply to debit cards. Its in fact illegal. It doesnt even cost shops any more dough overall to process the cards. If a shop gets charge 2 cents per transaction I can understand the minimum charge nonsense, but in reality its more like a 2% charge on the aggregate of all transactions.

The hours of operation indicate is opened at 8am waited past that time for a return. I purchased a lighter for $17.00 that didnt work. Wish i could give it o stars.
