I was also a victim of the Saturday morning fuel pump issue. I filled my car up Saturday morning and started running errands, then I felt my car acting up. I was close to the shop, so I drove it there and let them know if the issues I was having. I realized as I was leaving the shop, that I saw a lady there who had filled her truck up at the pump behind me. I asked here if she was having the issues I was having with her truck (Struggled to start, acceleration issues) At that point, I realized there may be something wrong with the gas I put in my car. I drove to the gas station to let the attendant know that there may be issues with their gas. She wasnt really attentive and I asked to speak to a manager and she said he was on vacation and could not be contacted. I left my information with her and walked into the store to Customer Service to let them know there is a problem with the gas, again the CS rep took my information down, but still would not let me see a manager. A few hours go by and I get a call from the shop to let me know about the diesel in my gas tank and that I was the 3rd person that day who had filled up from Neighborhood Market who was having issues. I drove back to the gas station to find that all the pumps had been blocked off. I saw the attendant there to let to let her know that my car was filled with diesel. An actual manager was there this time to take down my information. Saturday evening I received a call from a manager named Catherine who was very polite and apologetic, she took down my information and gave me a claim # and their insurance contact information. Monday morning (Memorial Day) I received a call from their insurance agent who was assigned to my claim. Once I got in touch with a manager, the situation began to run smoothly. Im just disappointed, the gas attendant didnt seem to take my concern seriously when I initially walked in to let them know the issue with their gas that morning.

. . . Overall, a good, clean supermarket with friendly, efficient staff. I only visit this location occasionally to use their money center for check cashing and Bluebird card reloads. However, the only reason why Im giving this store a "four star" review instead of a "five star" review is due to one of the cashiers who works at this locations gas station (just outside the parking lot). Loud-mouth, heavyset young lady with braids is obnoxious and quite presumptuous, attempting to give customers "orders" or "instructions" as if shes their "parent" or some other authority figure. (I believe the term is "ratchet"?) I kindly yet sternly had to remind her this afternoon while purchasing fuel that, "Im not your child and will not be spoken to as such" in front of her fellow employee. It was obvious that even he was uncomfortable with and slightly embarrassed by her behavior. You have a job to do - DO IT. Saturday morning I filled my vehicle with gas from this Walmart, and 30 minutes later it completely stalled out. Returned to Walmart and all of the pumps are closed off and I am told by an attendant that they are "closed for maintenance." Only after I told her about my situation she literally admitted that SHE LIED AND THE TRUCKER FILLED THE REGULAR PUMPS WITH DIESEL THAT MORNING. I was given an incident report by the manager and was told there was nothing they could do until Tuesday when their insurance opens. I was given no apology by the manager or anyone, was not offered a rental vehicle or immediate towing service. IF ANYONE FILLED THEIR VEHICLE HERE WITH REGULAR GAS SATURDAY MORNING AFTER 5 AM AND THE VEHICLE IS NOW STALLING DO NOT DRIVE IT!!!!!!!! Have it towed immediately to a mechanic, and fill out an incident report with Walmart.

Dont get me wrong I love walmart. But today while i was there. It was me my husband my 2 year (in buggy) and my 5 month old (in my arms.) I had fallen by the front door in the parking lot. As I struggled to get up with the help of my husband... A stranger... A STRANGER!! came a helped me and my daughter. While one of your workers (few feet away) just sat and watched. And didnt even asked if I needed help or if my daughter or I was ohk. He was wearing a vest like he was fixing to do buggies. He was on the shorter side and had brown hair. Look to be in 20s. Its the closest walmart to my house. And I will not be shopping here again. I came all the way from Chandler/Moore station. I will drive the extra 10 or so miles to the one on Broadway.

They always good selections of Fresh Foods, produce, baked goods. The customer service is wonderful, polite and helpful.Im trying to teach my daughter how to pay for her items and ja young African-Americans girl in her late teens early 20s was excellent. She was very patient and showed her how to count the money for her purchased, gave her change and explain why she gave the amount back to her. Most of the time the younger people are in a rush. But this one was quite kind. Everyone is! We always shop there, and always will. Nice store, prices reasonable.

Its a baby Walmart. However, some of the things it stocks indicate a serious Louisiana presence in the neighborhood. Its kind of a cross between a Walmart and a big convenience store, leaning towards the Walmart. Its not a Super Center, by any means.

The website says open 24 hours, but I went by at 12:30am to pick up a few things and the front doors were blocked and the store looked closed. The sliding doors were pulled out like you would for an emergency exit.

This is the best Walmart ever. Its clean and well staffed and the folks there are always willing to help. Ill always shop there, its so convenient and easy to get in and out.
