Usually a decent experience..mostly friendly staff..been going here since they opened. I know it can be pricey especially when you have add ons..which is why its frustrating when they mess up and dont fix it before you have to snap at them and look like an ass :( mostly 2 things..with people that are new why arent they watched as they make drinks they usually miss a step or miss the add on like an extra shot. The second thing is when I do order an extra shot which is common most of the time they dont and Im out the extra 80+ cents OR they dont measure properly counting for the extra shot and it ends up on the lid which again is a waste of money..they hand me this messy drink with the shot all on the lid like its okay..its rude

Staff is nice. Food and coffee is aweful, decided to give them another chance and yet again coffee is aweful. It is raining and parking to go in for yet another remake just aint gonna happen. I go to other starbucks and my order is fine, here you order a standard coffee and get a different result every time. All I want is a caramel macciatto that dont taste like water, taste like straight caramel, taste like coffee is not in the recipe, and/or something went bad and they forgot to throw it out. Changed my mind going in for a remake. Arrrrrhhhh.

The coffee is always spot on and the staff is always friendly. The amount of seating though and the fact they allow non-customers to come in and take up seating while sponging off the internet all day makes this a bad spot for a meet up. On several occasions I have been forced outside to sit, because there are a few people who never buy anything from SBX, but you can put money on it. They will be in there using the free wifi. Could use either a bigger SBX or reserve seating for paying customers only.

I usually enjoy this Starbucks. Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick. My only complaint is that they dont fill up a lot of their drinks all the way! I just bought my first PSL of the season. Guess what? There was about a fourth of it missing (no whip). This isnt the first time this has happened. If Im paying over five bucks for a venti, can you at least fill it up all the way?

Great service and never too busy inside. The drive thru line can get a little long at times. Only complaint is its very small inside. So if your looking to sit down with your computer and jump on the WiFi to knock out some work or something this is not the one you would want to goto.

They were fast but they have terrible customer service. There was only one girl who smiled the rest of the girls were rude and very short. One girl even ignored me and walked away. They definitely need to be more friendly.

Drinks are always yummy! I love the young gentleman who works the early shift on drive through! Hes super friendly, courteous, knowlagable and can always make your day start off great!

Coffee a little strong but I asked for extra cream and they gave me a small cup of milk so that was a plus. I like the atmosphere and music. The workers were very nice. I like this place!

Starbucks is AMAZING good coffee and should be the best rated starbucks because they have good frappe and latte plus when im sad starbucks chears me up with good delicious frappe caremel

Drove all the way here because the online listing says they close at 19. At 9:38 they were closed and cleaning and didnt even acknowledge us at the door. Very unsatisfied! !!!!!!!

Baristas here get it right even if you get it wrong. Very knowledgeable in their craft, pleasant and actually listen to specific instructions. Im almost a regular there.

Just spent 45 min in line at this place. Order was wrong so they had me get in line again.
