First time there, staff was friendly. Was with a friend but she received her food way before I received mine, about 15 minutes and we ordered at the same time just different people took our order, however we told them we were together. Neither order was correct, she ordered a panini and it wasnt even heated, basically just a ham sandwich, I ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of pale iceberg lettuce not romaine. It was not tasty...I ordered chili also, it tasted funny, not spoiled just not like chili should.

For anyone reading these poor reviews, I apologize deeply. Im the current Catering Manager at this location and strive to make sure every guest is satisfied, whether its catering or just a dine-in experience. I agree that our attitude and service can always improve and we hope to do so now. I dont think they deserve a one start but you have to give them something to say something. I would never try this place because they dont support our military they try to tow all cars off that part in their spaces and they are taking up all the spaces that are in front of our military offices. Yes there are people who are at the military offices all the time but there are lots of people who come up to our military offices also. I wouldnt eat there I give them a thumbs down.

Dont recommend getting a to go order. Ive gotten a to go order 3 times and every time its been wrong. Dont know how hard it is to make 1 salad but I guess it is. The first time they put the wrong lettuce on there and wrong cheese that I had asked for. The second time they left the chicken off. Meatless salad. The third time I asked for extra dressing and they gave me the wrong dressing. Gave it multiple chances but Im done going there.

Took 25 minutes to get our food and not because they just cooked it, eggs and bacon were cold as in kept refrigerated cold didnt even melt the cheese. Out of potatoes so substitute​d fruit. The fruit and yogurt parfait was the only saving grace, large portion and very delicious.

Service is terrible. No one will take your order, you can stand at the counter and they will ignore you. Manager just smiled as we walked out after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Expensive yet mediocre food. I plan on never going back.

I have eat eat many times and always its been great but last time my food take about 20 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was cold, we ask for the manager and it take other 10 minutes to come to the table. Bad experience

This is my favorite breakfast in longview. The Anaheim scrambler is great and Brock the general manager is a fantastic individual and very attentive to the needs of his patrons. Give him a call for catering or drop by for a meal.
