I would say half the time either me or my girlfriend comes here, they screw up our order somehow. Just yesterday I ordered 2 Fraps, and she said $6.22, then we got to the window, and she gave us 1 drink for $6.22, and I said that cant be right. So she ran it again and said 1 drink is $5.38. WTH? AVOID this Starbucks in particular. The one on loop 281 is a much better option.

I visit here at least 4 to 7 times a week and I can say that the staff here are super friendly and acquaintable...they always seem to be in a good mood. Service can be a bit slow at times. A cold brew with soy (almond milk is coming soon) and a dash of vanilla is a favorite of mine. Also, the reduced-fat turkey bacon and cage free egg white sandwich is LIT AF.

Coffee was great but the service was terrible. They had four workers working and all of them were speaking through their headpieces to one another trying to figure out who was going to take our order and then were very rude and immature while taking our order. Wont be back to this location

Flies everywhere. I couldnt even read a book without them all over the place. Furthermore, the seating area was in complete disarray, unswept, and tables not clean. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff even saw that I was swating at them but took no action to clean anything.

We come into town about once a month to visit family and it never fails if we go through the drive-thru my drink is wrong. I never think to try it before we drive off so I get stuck drinking a nasty drink. When I go inside it is normally right.

The best Starbucks in Longview! Always nice, knowledgeable baristas. Drinks are almost always good, and made the way you expect from your order. (Another Starbucks in town makes me wonder if they actually measure anything)

Always came here for church staff meetings. Always great service and its much more quiet than the one on 281! The barista, Jonathans drinks are always on point! Never had a bad experience here

Our most consistent experience in town for Bux action. The drive thru is fast which works out as the inside seating area is small and space is limited.
