I was 2nd in line waiting on the lady in front of me to make her decision, then 2min later a couple comes behind me. Then the tall Caucasian employee with tattoos on both arms (idk his name bc he didnt have a name tag) approaches the line and asks the couple BEHIND ME what they would like to order. Like as if I wasnt standing there before them, next in line, waiting longer than them!! So my attitude about getting a delicious coffee changed really quick. Luckily, the Hispanic girl employee noticed the rude situation that happened, and made my drink right away while I was ordering it from the cashier girl. I got my delicious coffee, the Hispanic girl was fast and friendly BUT if it wasnt for her that rude employee boy would have kept me away from this place forever! Ive noticed him many times that Ive been here and he looks miserable and hes rude. If you hate working there so much, then quit! Instead of spewing your negative energy all over the customers at this minuti!! Time to Yelp this...

I will profess I am a coffee lover and even more so a coffee shop lover. This place offers great quality coffee. Ive enjoyed the drinks Ive had here. The prices may be a bit higher than you are willing to pay for your cup of joe but I think its worth it. I think the ambiance and layout could use a little revamp. When I think of coffee shop, I think of cozy, warm corners with comfy seating. Though, I enjoy the coffee, I am not fan of the seating here. Most of the chairs are hard and uncomfortable, the high chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are small. The plug outlets are far and in between so you must get there early! This is not the place to set up and study. But if youre looking for a place to catch up with a buddy and have a good latte, youll enjoy this place.

I liked it. They let me smoke my pipe outside, and the coffee tasted good to me. Im not a coffee snob, but I worked in a different coffee shop for 3 years and drink coffee every day, so hopefully that gives me some credibility. One thing I did not like: they dont give you any discount on coffee refills, and it was already pretty expensive to begin with. Ill go back because most places in sugar land dont let you smoke a pipe/cigar outside. However, if I were planning on staying more than an hour and refilling my coffee, I would not go back. There were a bunch of Christians there, which I think is sweet. I could overhear a bunch of conversations about God, and I saw a few people meet up that I believe have diciple-relationships

Looking for a new place to hang out and catch up with an old friend? Minuti Coffee is just the place to do so. From their wide selection of Espressos and Lattes, Minuti offers a different variation and change in flavors compared to your usual coffee destination. The atmosphere and layout of the coffee shop provides for a perfect spot to indulge and relax with a cup of hot coffee. The shop is generally not too crowded or loud so you can actually hold a conversation here or study without being distracted. Prices for some of the selections are rather high, but I suppose youre paying for the atmosphere and experience. I recommend the Dirty Chai, Caramel Macchiate, or any of the Creamicinos (Vanilla, Dark Chocolate Moka, Caramel).

Coffee great! Manager not so much. With the change of management the service has suffered. I have gone here regularly for 2 years and I am not sure if it personal but the new manager has a big problem with me. She wants to argue over the gift card policy. For over a year I purchased gifts and to get 1 drink free without any problems with previous managers. Now Coffee Nazi has gotten so crazy over the gift card policy that she treats me and my other coworker poorly. She is the sole reason for the bad service.

It was alright. I only tried the green teas so I cant speak for the coffee. Its personally difficult for me to stay in there long enough to order more things since their lighting is too poor to study in but the areas with the sun is scorching. The AC wasnt good so I didnt feel like having a hot coffee and that also made it hard to stay long. Their tables were tiny. I believe this is definitely more of a lounge area than anything else. The staff were friendly though so thats a plus.

This is my favorite coffee shop. Forget about Starbucks and check out Minute Coffee! They have a variety of coffees and drinks as well as snack and Gelato ice cream which is delicious. The portion size of the scoops are a little small so if you are getting gelato make sure to get at least two scoops! Free wifi and a overall very cool environment inside and out. Try the dirty chai hot its the most popular drink and my personal favorite!

Great place to meet a friendly client or associate for coffee. Its spacious and not crowded. They have decent seating as I often just stay for a. It longer to work. The coffee is good and I like to order a sandwich which are okay. I do wish they had more power outlets. Not sure if that is a business ploy to make sure we dont overstay our welcome or an oversight.

It saddens me when coffee tastes okay or unpalatable. Here, it was okay. I didnt get to walk out knowing that cup of coffee warmed my heart on that cold day. It was the right temperature but it didnt have a richness, a strength and confidence that coffees are grown to have. I recognize coffee is also relative in taste, so go try and dont take my word for it.

Nice atmosphere and seating is comfortable. Staff and crowd seems friendly. Has nice selection of pastry and this place also serve a small selection of ice cream which satisfies both the parents and kids. I am lactose intolerant so I am glad this place can make my coffee using soy milk.

The coffee was decent, and the staff was friendly but the croissants we received were split and placed in what appeared to be a panini press before being served plain with a small package of butter. It was pretty strange and if I return, I probably wont be ordering their croissant.

You will not find better customer service anywhere. If you dont like your drink, theyll make you a new one. Ive been there sooo many times, and all of the people are really really really nice. As far as the coffee goes, its amazing. In fact, its better than starbucks in my opinion

Unlike Starbucks, you can actually taste the Italian coffee and its not bitter. The staff is kind and helpful in your decision of flavors. I love the variety of drinks. Hot coffee, cold coffee, tea, smoothies, beer and wine. I think every Monday evening is a wine tasting too.

Went here over the weekend and got a over priced cup of cream. It was the 3 of us and ordered the same thing. All of us ended up with a stomach ache a few hours later. The drink hardly had a coffee taste to it. The coffee shop is nice but it just has a bad vibe about it.
