If you are in a hurry do not go here. There have been times I waited over 30 minutes in drive. I have had to leave drive through before because of just how long it has taken. Ive even left after ordering before because of the time. They seem to be short staffed often. When they are staffed efficiently they are great. However, I dont go through a drive through planning on waiting that long.

90% of the time they get my turtle mocha made right... Except for the fact that almost 100% of the time it has the standard snicker bits on top. I tell them repeatedly no snickers, and sure enough when they hand me my turtle, there is still snickers on top. They get four stars still because the drink is usually awesome once they fix it.

Waited in drive thru for like 15 minutes, then told to come inside to order. Had to wait even longer to order. Get up to order and the guy in drive thru that was behind me is getting his drinks. My drink was good at least. Hit and miss on the customer service here I guess.

The food here is much better than the offerings at most coffee-centered places, and the coffee options are very solid. Hard to go wrong. The service and atmosphere are usually pretty good, too.

Caribou is great as always! Great place to get some work done while at the cabin. This location finished making my drink faster than Ive ever seen before. The staff was very friendly!

Fast service and large variety of drinks and food and it possesses a great, cosy cabin like atmosphere. The only down side is the inconvenient location.
